Between ServPro in Eagan/Apple Valley and Evans Garment service, they turned around a sizable emergency pile of clothes for my family in under 24 hours! On top of this, Evans delivered my garments to my extended stay while I was working and it was delivered to my room for me to unload when I got there. Everything was in excellent shape, pressed, even sorted by family member! They exchanged the pile of clothing I had been wearing prior to meeting with the insurance adjuster and them getting the job. They were friendly, empathetic to my situation and so quick to respond! They saved me so much time in laundry and it was 100% hassle-free with their service! I highly recommend them!

They went into my house and took all of my textiles and then told my restoration company that they had spoken with me, which was a lie. I want my things back and they continually refuse to do that without permission from my insurance. They basically forced me into letting them restore everything (to the tune of $6000) by saying my insurance wouldn't cover any textiles unless I let them try to restore them first. so displeased. I wish I would have had an opportunity to choose my own garment restoration company. I would have chosen one where the people care about people and not just about fleecing insurance companies.

My dresses were both done before the expected date which was also super awesome! The staff here are so nice and helpful. They explain everything regarding any alteration you may be getting, and make sure that their work is accurate before proceeding further. If you have any questions regarding an alteration you are getting done, they are very knowledgeable and always give you other options based on your alteration needs. I will definitely go here for future alterations. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is fantastic! Just a note though, it's cash or check for payment, and if you are going to pay with a check, make sure you have two forms of ID!

Stephen was late in getting the valances done and asked for another day because he was having "an issue" and had to "fix it". We were disappointed when we picked them up. I'm so glad a coworker told me they did wedding dresses as their pricing is much more reasonable than other places in the cities and it came back clean and in a nice box, ready to be stored for years to come. I also sent my veil with my dress that was clean and in the box with my dress. My train had gotten dirty from dancing but was clean and free of stains and the top of my dress smelt clean and free of any sweat, hair spray, etc. I'll definitely recommend them for any future brides that I know!

The 3rd time they ruined stuff was when my husband misunderstood the cleaners for our drop off. Nearby is Edina Cleaners which we now use and LOVE. He accidentally dropped off at Prestige and they LOST our item. When I called them about it - after leaving empty handed at pick up and they were supposed to call us... they never called. Finally they called and said they would deliver the item and then never did. We went and picked it up and I did not pay them. Never again. They completly ruined an $80 blouse 3 of my husbands work shirts were burned in several places. Several shirts had the most blatant iron/press creases in places on the shirt that should of been smooth. It was like they went out of their way to NOT CARE what they were doing or what they PUT IN WRAP FOR PICK-UP. Blugh. Really bad.

They returned a little bag of sequins, but nothing close to what is missing. There are so many missing, I can't imagine what it would cost to repair it . So essentially I wore this $360 dress ONCE and it is now unwearable! AGAIN DO NOT TAKE YOUR DRESS TO THIS PLACE IF IT HAS ANY BEADS OR SEQUINS!!!!!
