I arrive at my scheduled time and am greeted and my car promptly taken in. You can see the service through their glass windows. About 30 minutes later, Carlos comes back and tells me we have an issue! Turns out I told him the wrong size rims!!! And the ones I ordered don't even come in my wheel size. He makes some calls and comes back with three options, one of which is the top rated Michelin P4S which I opt for. He sends his driver over and the tires arrive in about 30 minutes. They finish the install, check the alignment, and check me out. This is a team that goes the extra mile. The waiting area is nice, free Keurig coffee maker, wi-fi and a great selection of wheels if you're looking for something new. Highly recommended.

Had to get an oil change while in the area, and this place was recommended to me from a local…read morefriend. I have to say getting here was quite the feat; as I am not from the area, and Industrial appeared to be a long road of auto shops, a thing I am not familiar with by any means. I was confused to enough where I called, but was greeted by a friendly employee, who said they would meet me outside to direct me where to go. Instructed to leave my keys, I was invited inside and went to the counter, where I registered everything and had a seat in their waiting area across the way. Thankfully there was a television, and some dance movie (Step Up 3 or something) was playing. Even though it was far from the beginning, I still watched since there was pretty much nothing else for me to do. A couple others were waiting for their cars, one had a laptop plugged in. Behind there were some vending machines and the restrooms; I point this out because other places where I have gotten my oil change do not have such extras so this was a good thing. Within the hour, I was out of there, and the girl working the front was super-sweet and helpful. Although I was initially quoted a lower price for the estimate, I forgot this was a larger vehicle than what I am accustomed to so of course required more oil so I wasn't put off by this. Please note there is a surcharge for using plastic, so I was glad I had cash on me. For something as simple as an oil change, I can highly recommend East Coast Auto Service.

I have a 2020 Mazda 3hatchback with 52k miles on it because I drive. A LOT. I needed an oil change/tire rotation, and a vehicle inspection of other things that might need changed/replaced. Ended up needing a new air filter, and rear brake pads need replacing. Amazing staff, and great prices. I think I FINALLY found my safe haven to take my car!

The pressure washer guy that cleans the wheels I noticed with the car in front of me had the pressure washer way too close to the rims and I didn't notice until I got home that one of my wheels. He didn't even resolve and try to even offer a solution. Do not go here.

You see; they lost my key, and rather than pay $60 for a new key (which I would have paid for) . They tore out my instrument panel and touch start ignition to get to the gears, just to have the car towed to my home. It was with GREAT & ACUTE HORROR I discovered the extent of the damage. When I confronted them, they refused to repair the damage, and told me... for them to fix the damage, I would have to pay them. THAT WAS UNACCEPTABLE TO ME. But I will delay writing a more explicit report with photographs; I will even remove this review pending that appropriate repair to my cars instrument panel, and touch start is completed along with the replacement of my key.
