Fast and friendly service. I had a screw in my tire that a local dealership refused to plug/patch due to the "location of the screw". They were suggesting that I had to purchase a brand new tire for more than $200. Side note: Yes, once you have a puncture too close to the sidewall, you cannot just plug it, but in regards to the location of my screw, this was not the case. I visited Road Runner and the team fixed it up in less than 5 minutes for A LOT less than $200. I would highly recommend this place and if need be, I will be back. read more

It pains me to leave this review as I've used this place for years. I recently used them for a brand new set of tires on one of my cars which were over priced but I figured they've done good business with me over the years for the most part, so no big deal, overcharging a little. This should have been the first and last warning sign. As of today I'll never return again. I go in to have a SIMPLE change over of one tire onto another rim. Total time for this process maybe 15min. I was QUOTED at the start $55 (which I thought was already too expensive but figured whatever let's just get it done. HERE COMES THE ROBBERY. Tire comes off. The woman who runs the place MAGICALLY decides to say oh well bec we're dismounting the tire from one rim then putting it onto another rim that we also have to remove a tire from (she literally watched the tire roll into her shop out of my trunk so not sure what "logic" her brain was using to use this as rationalization to increase the price AFTER THE FACT, but I digress) and removing the TPS monitoring system (this is literally one screw that takes 30 seconds to remove from one rim to the next, which she/they ALSO KNEW would need to be changed from one rim to the next but CONVENIENTLY WAITED, until all tires were off) she then says ah well it's another $15 for that and the extra dismount from one tire to the next (which you obviously already knew when you quoted the first price which was already overpriced.) For reference - I called other shops AFTER THE FACT, price for the job??? $25!!!!!! I should have done first but I trusted this place (when I shouldn't have because they already over charged me the last time on a set of 4 new tires but I guess fool me once shame on you fool my twice shame on me.) The gentlemen that work there are wonderful, professional, friendly. She's lucky to have them tbh as staff she's a RUDE, unprofessional and frankly poor businesswoman. You just lost $100s-$1000s of future business because your short sighted greed got the best of you. Which is sad for you. I own 4 cars. I've lived in South Florida my entire life on Hillsboro Beach. I've ALWAYS come to your shop first for used tires over the last 10+ years and after today's little stunt of first overcharging me THEN adding additional fees you just made up once the tires already off the car and the rim is preposterous and a joke. You got your $75 for a $25 job and you'll never see me again. Again. Do I really care about the money? No, but your desire to hustle your customers is a level of disrespect that won't happen again. I hope the $50s extra you made today was worth the $1000s you just lost in future business. I get the feeling it won't matter much to you and that's fine with me as it only cost me a few hundred bucks to figure out you don't deserve my business which I can assure you is a greater loss for you than it ever will be for me. If this review prevents one customer from never using this business then it was worth my time and effort to write because tbh I have better things to do than squabble with someone over a few dollars but someone who actively seeks to deceive, manipulate and extort people? Came here for a quick tire patch, it wasn't my first time. Usually it's a quick in and out no problems. I recently got a new vehicle and told the gentleman please do not scratch the rim. He stated he wouldn't and that they use a plastic device so they don't scratch rims. Even took me back in the shop to show me. Throws the tire back on the vehicle and there's a scratch about an inch long. They all down played it of course and said it's just a tiny scratch. I stated that it doesn't matter. I even showed them a video I took of the rim moments before the guy took the tire off. If I had other scratches or curb rash than who cares right. Not the case, they were rude and condescending. Ive been coming to this place sense i was 17 years old and ive never had a problem until today the jamacian lady behind the counter told me it was 15 dollars to change my tore before i dropped it off then when i came back to pick it up she told me 25 dollars i went back and forth with her about how she told me one price before and now a different price after i even told her i must be going crazy because you told me a different price before and she said you must be going crazy then would definitely not recommend this to anybody else stay far away terrible customer service from the Jamaican lady read more

Bad place I'll never go there again overpriced wanted $280 to put on my own tires I bring nasty lady the last time I was there they didn't tighten the lug nuts on the last set of tires can't believe I even was stupid enough to go there I'm glad that their price gouges and I walked off dinosaur tires has the right price charged me $160 to put on my tires in a good environment I don't recommend this place to anybody especially when I got loose lug nuts back before and they didn't want to take responsibility they just tried like babies read more

I stopped and had them plug a tire the other day . They took out a quarter inch screw and told me that was the screw by the time I got home 10 miles away my tire was flat to mysteriously find two more screws in my tire and then they wanted another $15 per plug . So in total that would have been $45 when I only had one screw to begin with I do not recommend going there . read more

Went to go have a tire changed and came back to my entire rim (chrome) being completely scratched. One of their employees tried to fix the rim the next day and couldn't resolve the issue and nothing was ever done. I had years coming here but after this experience I will never go back. The manager should of taken accountability for his employees mistake. read more

I rushed over there yesterday to get there before they closed at 6. I got there at 5:37 and the man locked the door and told me to come back today. On my way home from work last night, my tire blew. Once my fiancé came and put on the spare I noticed it was also flat. I woke up extra early this morning to get a new tire. I went to one place, had a terrible experience, and ended up walking out. I couldn't find anywhere that sold used tires, and I ran out of time and had to get to work. After searching Yelp, I found Road Runner Tire was not too far from my job. I called and got a price and found out that they closed at 530. I explained that I got off work at 5 and could get there by 515. They were totally cool about it which was amazing. Most places want you there an hour before closing. I ended up getting off a little later and was trying to rush over. I decided to call to make sure it was ok because I knew they were approaching closing time and I am completely aware on how annoying that can be. I was reassured I could still come. They waited for me to get there, charged me the same price I was quoted on the phone, and had me in and out in 10 minutes. The most amazing customer service I have ever experienced at an auto shop ever. The pricing was more than reasonable. I'm beyond thankful for them going out of their way for me and I am so happy that I chose to come here and I will make sure they continue to get my business and everyone else that I will recommend to go there. read more
