I wanted to give her a deposit to show her I was coming back the next day and she told me it was not necessary. Again, she showed how professional she was with customer service. I was impressed. I then had a slow leak 2 weeks later in one of the older tires, I told him he can replace those two also if need be. He said I needed to wait an hour they had other cars to work on. Half an hour later, he said your good to go we fixed the leak and those other tires are fine for now. He could have easily gotten me for two new tires, but was honest and did not. I value honesty and will continue to go there when I need work done.

However, the mechanic advised me that I should replace the tie rods and informed me that the alignment carried a three-month warranty, allowing me to return for another alignment after replacing the parts. I replaced the parts and returned for the alignment, but the result was extremely poor. When the steering wheel is centered, the car pulls to the right. I then took the vehicle to the Kingdom location at Sandalfoot Plaza in Boca Raton, and the problem remained exactly the same, in addition to the damage caused to the new nuts I had installed. To my surprise, two days later, when I went to change my oil, I found the oil filter with clear impact marks, severely dented, and the oil drain plug completely loose. I am certain this was caused by your staff, as I had personally performed the previous oil change on my vehicle. At this time, I am unable to determine which of the two locations committed this serious and unacceptable act, but the fact remains that my vehicle was tampered with, creating a significant safety risk.

Yes as everybody has said On here their prices are great. But it doesn't matter if you're paying a…read morediscounted rate for a tire, when it has patched up holes in the sidewall. I spent $140 on two tires only to find out a month and a half later that there was patches on the sidewalls of the tires and they were worthless. I called to get this resolved but they told me that they only have a 10 day return policy. That shouldn't matter when you're selling somebody a tire that is no good in the first place. How dare you sell tires with patched up holes in the side walls claiming that they are good tires. Reputable tire companies would never sell a tire like this. In an economy like this paying out 140$ for tires to only last a month and a few weeks, can be devastating to somebody's wallet.
