Best Buy is the best by far.
Best Buy Painting overpromises and then delivers MORE than promised.
In a world where so many businesses don't live up to their grandiose promises, this was a startling and most welcome event.
It was not easy to select a painting company to completely recolor the inside of our 2,600 square foot home. I did my homework by speaking to several companies, by studying each company's web site, and speaking to customers when possible. Some painting companies presented their qualifications from their own perspective. Best Buy presented themselves from the customers' perspective. From my very first contact they addressed my pain-points. What they would do for us. How they would do it? How they would minimize the disruption of our home and our routine, and maximize our comfort every step of the 15-days it would take to complete the task?
Best Buy prices were not the lowest, but they were very competitive and seemed to offer us more for our money.
Matt was their salesman. During several visits he answered our many questions completely and then demonstrated an exceptional understanding of our concerns by explaining ways in which they would provide more than our questions addressed.
Sean, the team foreman, walked through the house with us several times before the start date, listening to our needs, wants and concerns and providing suggestions that never entered our minds. His contribution to the finished job must not be underestimated even though he generally showed up twice a week to inspect the project and make additional suggestions.
Tyler and Dana were the pair of expert painters that moved through each day with conspicuous care for our comfort and concerns. Their precision with the tools of their trade was truly a wonderful thing to watch. Whether kneeling on the impeccably protected floor, standing, or high atop a 20-foot ladder, every tool was correctly deployed, paint was applied meticulously, and the results were perfect. Through it all they were more than courteous; they were kind and considerate, and happy to respond with a smile to even our most ridiculous questions.
On the few occasions when additional manpower was needed to keep us on schedule despite additional changes we made along the way, the team size was increased for day or two and each additional person demonstrated skill and superb customer support.
On the 18th day Sean arrived wearing painting clothes instead of his usual business-casual office attire and jumped right in to lead by example to ensure perfection and completion on schedule.
We congratulate Brad Pietrafese, owner of Best Buy Painting, for setting the highest levels of customer support, and then hiring and training teams that exemplify his vision.
Overall, my wife and I agree that our 18-day Best Buy painting experience was beyond anything we had hoped for or thought possible. We can honestly recommend Best Buy without reservation and invite them to give prospective customers our phone number, or to bring them to our home to see the quality of their work first hand and hear the rest of this remarkable story from this customer's perspective.
