Turns out it was the harddrive that needed replacing and they did an amazing job! Kept me updated ever step of the way and gave me many options as for what I'd like to do with my old data. They were fast, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with! I would highly recommend them and I reckon I'll be going to them when I want to get a gaming rig made.

The sales rep convinced me to purchase the extend warranty fo an extra $25 which I did. The warranty covers 3 replacements for the headphones. I went in this June to have the headphones replaced as they weren't working. The manager who was very rude said that pair I originally bought were discontinued and I could have a more expensive pair but that I would lose all my warranty. That pair was regularly $140 but were on special that week for $80. If was just buying that pair I would of paid $80 but they said they would not give those as a replacement. I could take a cheaper headset to maintain my warranty. I decided to take the cheaper set as I didn't want to lose the rest of the warranty. They said that they didn't have that set and that I would need to drive to the store at the Cottonwood Mall. The manger there was also extremely rude and unprofessional. When I got home I noticed that the headset was Bluetooth only as my original set was both Bluetooth and plug in direct type this one was not and was worth $50. I had to go back to the store and take the other set and lose all my warranty. I will never buy from this company again. The Managers of both these store were totally unprofessional.

The owners are local folks that truly care about community relationships. Owners and staff just know how to make you feel like you're important. Since my first visit, they've made me feel like I'm part of their "family"! I don't like being pressured by annoying sales people who try to sell you something just to sell something even if it's not what you're looking for. I tell you right now, that's not the case at Grand Pappy's. The knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff have listened to my needs and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without pressuring me. Like many people, I like getting a deal especially when you spend thousands of dollars. For that reason, i have a tendency to shop around, compare prices and quality, etc. Now knowing that I'm a very happy customer at Grand Pappy's, it should tell you that after doing my homework that's where I bought. This has been the best experience I've had so far and I can't see any reasons why I should shop elsewhere!! I should add that the delivery staff were fantastic. They are willing to help people find books they are looking for. On occasion, a staff member has called me a year after I have made an inquiry about a book, to notify me that the store was finally in possession of the title. The store, although packed with delights, was so well and simply organized that it was not overwhelming and easy to peruse through. A cute nook at the front for children's books and toys that felt like it's own little room. Rows of books organized in all types of sections including one with Totoro/Miyazaki books ( a favorite of my niece's). A selection of records and inexpensive paperbacks towards the back. A small glass display shelf with gifts including some gorgeous crystal crowns. I especially liked the little extras I had noticed. I had come to see the murals in town which had a chance too see a few behind the shop where I also saw their cute, little free library. The staff although busy, made sure to greet and assist quickly with any questions. When I have more time next time I'm in the area, I will make sure to visit again, meet their store cat, drop of some books from my collection and purchase some treats to either add back to mine or gift out.

They have one in stock and it comes with a 3 year warranty. I popped over with the old unit, guy threw it on their tester and confirmed it was dead. He already had the new one out, then he quickly engraved it with the warranty information. Warranty is transferable and no paperwork needed. I wasn't in the store 10 minutes! Awesome service!
