My daughters really liked the shiny and flashy costumes and clothing changes. Most of the how is both Gracie and Lacy, but they do a few solos as well. I was not expecting that and how they tie all the pieces together with the theme was genius. Another surprise was the tap dancing that was part of the show. It flowed very well and they sounded great! The show was from 7-9pm with an opening act that lasted about 15 minutes. They also highlighted a local young act for one song in the middle of their program.

She will attempt to dispute this to save her company's name, but she had plenty of opportunity to do that prior to it even getting to this point. You might as well save your money and coordinate the wedding yourself because they will do NOTHING to assist you throughout the process, but will do everything to take your money and remind you of the non-refundable refund policy. They make the contract and can't even keep up with their own terms and obligations that they established, then when you call them out, they wash their hands with you and focus on the next person to scam and take their money. What a shame! If you want a memory you'll never forget, send her a check and she'll certainly give you one. We will remember this for years to come. Very dishonest and uncoordinated person. What a shame! I guess we will cut our loses and try to salvage what's left of our special day. In the midst of a pandemic you think people would have a sense of community and decency. You won't find that here ... Better start looking elsewhere, save yourself the heart ache on this one.

Jenn had all the tables set and ready to go and was helpful when we had more to add. The Hamby team that worked our event was kind, compassionate, and ready to jump in anywhere we needed. From the video to AV to music, we had no issues throughout the entire event. The Hamby food was just as amazing as the staff. We couldn't have picked a better location to celebrate my father. She was so kind and patient with our beginner skill sets. What I appreciated the most about all the staff I saw was how they paid attention to detail on our projects- they would offer tips and techniques and we never felt rushed in the process. They were to play during guest seating and the ceremony. Due to the rain that started at 5:30, they wouldn't play. Although, they were completely covered (which was stated as a need during rain). The wedding planner asked them to play although the guests weren't being seated (standing around due to delaying the ceremony). Once they agreed to play, it took another 15 minutes. We were also told it would be an additional $50 for every 15 extra minutes they were needed (I did know this was in the contract but it says nothing about inclement weather). In order to give my daughter what she dreamed I agreed to do that if needed. The musicians never said they were sorry for the problems. Also, we haven't been offered a refund for the time they did not play. I would not recommend them to anyone.
