The day of my appointment, my sitter fell through and I had to bring my daughter along. Although my daughter is very well behaved, most people would probably have been frustrated with this- but not her. She was patient and sweet and even sewed my daughters shoe back together after the strap broke in the parking lot on the way in! haha! I had already had my eyebrows done about two years ago, and they were already faded, and not only were they different shapes but one was slightly higher than the other!!! I remember the first experience being quite painful so was very surprised when I felt no pain what-so-ever during the procedure with Deborah. I know I'm older and I want my eyebrows where they are supposed to be. I had to go to another business to have some of it laser removed and they weren't 100% removed when I had Sissy try to even them out, letting her know I was still going to remove a small portion on one of them, so not to make the other one quite as thick. She listened to me and did a great job. I went back for a touchup and unfortunately still had not had that small piece removed because the other business's laser removal machine was down so it took a while. I had my second touchup and they were almost perfect. Finally got the laser removal and Sissy was nice enough to do a third touchup just to perfect them afterwards. I am very happy. Keep in mind they will fade a little, but I love the shape.

I was using the address listed on the Groupon to find the location, but it was not complete. The business was located within another store front. I drove all over the strip mall trying to find this place. I eventually found another brow place in the same mall. When I went inside and sat down, but it wasn't Brown & Esthetics. I got back in my car and tried to call to let her know I was lost but I could only get a voice mail. On the voice mail it said they were in the same location as Med Spa. Due to all the running around I was 10 min late for my appointment. She was gone after only 10 min. I tried to call again from the lobby and once I got in my car. She finally called me back and I was told she only gives clients 10 min. I confirmed my appointment 3 times via text message and 1 time on email. It isn't my fault that the address wasn't listed correctly on the Groupon. I even texted her a copy of the address listed because she said there wasn't an error on Groupon.
