Other places I've gone to the therapists haven't listened to that request at all. He spent a good amount of time on the knots in my calves, but also worked my arms and upper body just enough. I was very comfortable the whole time. I haven't been back yet, but my husband and I are both planning to schedule with them in the next couple of weeks. Last time I had a 60 minute massage, but their pricing is so reasonable I plan to try the 90 minute next time. This was relayed to me when I went to book her a third time and had to call. They seemed to have blocked my ability to schedule online. Calling is the only method at this point. This is basically " cherry picking" the best tippers. I am a member, yet it doesn't seem to matter. You would not be refused service at a restaurant for your tip history, so nor should you at Simply Massage. It seems that maybe the help needs a wage increase as they emphasize tipping, leaving it up to the clients whom already pay $70 to $90/hour for servicing. However, it was also explained that the tip reason for rejection is supported by management, not just one therapist. I am weighing my future relationship with this company.
