I mentioned that I had tree issues in my backyard, he gave me his business card to contact him. Gave Alberto a call a couple of days later, his response was just awesome! He came by my property, surveyed the job, and presented me with a quote on Friday. The quote was very reasonable, we booked the job and by Saturday early evening it was completed. I am so pleased with the work Alberto and his crew performed on my backyard. I told him how happy he made me! I asked Alberto if he did not mine if I let my sister know about his professionalism and work performance. Of course he did not with that winning smile!

The most resent tree was defiantly one of the bigger ones, it was 7 Silver maples that had grown together, rotten in the middle and holding water in the center.....and it was dangerous. The owner stopped out several days prior to scheduling the take down to make sure the ground could handle a Crane Truck, Bucket Truck and Chipper Truck. Good thing he did , because its like a swamp in that area of the yard, but needless to say he came in with all those trucks when the land was dry and the giant tree was gone by noon . There was no trace left behind, no clean up for us, no ruts in the yard- the only difference was the tree (s) were gone . Excellent cleanup

Not a salesman, I did not have to reiterate with the guys what was originally quoted. And that's a biggie! They went over the branches and rooting and corrected items I did not even consider. They removed all debris, the tree looked fabulous. My wife did not even recognize it. Super friendly, prompt, great attention to detail and AFFORDABLE!

Big Trees did such a wonderful job planting them. They mulched all around the plantings and in the beds so that every area matched. Also, rather than destroying the live shrubs to make room for the new trees, they found other areas in our yard to relocate them. Tom was extremely helpful when it came to selecting just the right trees. He came out to our house and reviewed the locations where we wanted trees planted. He only offered trees that would do well based on sunlight, soil, and the moisture content in our yard. He gave us several viable options. When is came to choosing a maple, he sent pictures and gave us details on how fast the trees grow, how tall they get, what color the leaves turn in the fall, and whether or not they drop seeds. He really took the time to make sure we received the right trees. I've wasted thousands of dollars with landscapers who planted whatever trees they had on hand. They all withered and died after a short period of time because they were the wrong type of trees and they were planted incorrectly during the wrong time of year. Every tree planted by Big Trees has thrived and is doing very well. Big trees is truly the expert when it comes to trees. It is no exaggeration that my yard is now a showplace. So happy I found them!
