He was also able to accommodate some late additions to our menu and change of rentals. During our event the presentation of everything was above and beyond what I expected and Craig was on hand to make sure it was all delicious and went smoothly. Amazing customer service. But lets talk about the food here. We got a buffet with 2 main courses. several sides and some appetizers. Not only was this easily the best buffet food I've ever had in my life, it was some of the best food I've ever had. The BBQ spiced rubbed chicken was incredible. Craig had talked us into doing thighs instead of breasts because they stay moist longer and he was right on point with that.
