Whenever my card expires and I am waiting for a new one the gal waits on charging until I can get her an updated card, she also calls me or e-mails me to let me know; Moving in was incredibly easy when I first enlisted; They offer a military discount on top of their already stellar prices. Additionally I appreciate the friendliness of the staff. It is now time for me to move my items from Loveland since I no longer have family in the area and I am on my way to the East coast and established enough to no longer need storage. Were my circumstances different I would definitely continue using this storage facility, or would definitely use this facility again. My latest increase (which has doubled in 1 year) puts me at $230 (online price is $178.00). Each time I've called to complain they say it's the "market rate". Wait, what? I'm $50 over what you're advertising online. The you add the insurance, lock fee, and admin fees. No access after 9 PM unless you want to pay an ADDITIONAL $50/month?! I'm out. Never coming back.

Ultimately I did not rent from here due to what I would describe as bait and switch tactics. They don't tell you up front about the $29 admin fee. Fair enough because that was offset by the first month free. But this would be strike one. Strike two was the insurance. No way to opt out despite my homeowners insurance without a lot of hassle - you are forced to sign up for their insurance then prove you are covered elsewhere. Again, not disclosed up front. The final strike was the lock. They make you buy their lock for $19+ but you can return it if you don't want it. Why not just let me opt out. Too much hassle. It isn't the money or inconvenience (well maybe a little) but what bothers me the most is I feel these are predatory tactics and seem dishonest. That begs the question - what other nasty surprises await like a check out fee or cleaning fees? Maybe there is nothing but the signup experience was a major negative and red flag. Rent here at your own risk. I suggest shopping around.

They kept needing to enter the unit to "install facilities". The keypad at the entry had numerous failures. With the impending opening of Bucky's ( a Texas sized convenience store) making this reverse-diamond freeway intersection a potential nightmare (except after 10 pm, lol), I'm going to seek a different storage place, one with more freedom and less reliance on electronics and apps.
