I left snd went to another dentist and confirmed it was still in too high. He ground it down twice. Metal showing to get it to the right height he cautioned me that it may crack. I called Dr Beckwith twice to discuss this and did not ever get a call from her. Another crown got a cavity under the crown in a short amount of time due to it not fitting. Had to fill cavity and get a new crown. I was also told it wasn't best crown material. Cheaper and not as good and he used a newer superior product. Poor work.

If you care about your dental health, stay away from open and affordable…read more They don't even check for oral cancer like good dentists do. They also said I needed to see a specialist who required an $800 fee just to sit down and talk with them before they would even look at my mouth. (How much of a kickback do they get from the specialist they're referring people to when they don't need to go to a specialist?) I went elsewhere. Turns out what they said was wrong isn't actually wrong but there's a couple of other things that are wrong that they missed. And all of it can be done by a regular dentist, no specialist needed. It's like a treatment streetom conveyor belt at the Loveland office. If you care about your health, time, and money, go elsewhere. Stay away from these corporate-owned and run dental offices like open and affordable, because they don't care about you or your dental health.

Additionally in December we received a bill from their office for services dating back to 2022. We were sent a bill shortly before Christmas for almost $800. I called their office made a payment for half of the amount in January, and let them know I would call back in February to make the remaining payment. The individual I spoke with at the time said they would make a note on the account. Since then I have received a harassing phone call and a letter threatening my credit if I didn't immediately make a payment. It is quite obvious their office staff is incompetent: not billing insurance in a timely manner, sending a large bill from a services rendered during the past three years, expecting immediate payment and even after the patient called to arrange payment they are still incapable of making appropriate annotations. We've since moved to another dentist's office.

Which was comforting leading up to my appointment. When I got there however it was pretty much my worst nightmare. The front desk was nice, and super nice when talking about all the options after, but during the appointment I was shuffled around and flatly told that I'm going to need dentures in 5 years. My teeth are not in horrible condition, so to think I was being offered an option to have them all ripped out and put in dentures at 38 was absolutely terrifying. I feel like he didn't believe I would stick with the treatment because of my anxiety or didn't think I could afford other options. But what he didn't realize is that I worked myself up for years to finally go to this appointment and I made a promise to myself to see this process through, and I would've appreciated a Dentist that supported that mindset with hope. I am going to my cleaning. I'm going to update my review as this process goes along. I know a lot of people out there have these same fears and it upsets me with this place claims to be so good with anxiety but handled me with little to no care.
