Everyone at the dealership is amazing, Micheal, Jerry, Adrian, and Nacho! They all helped me get the right van for my wife!

Went in for my 20,000 mile warranty check. David the Service writer was perfect! He provided detailed information about what things were performed on this checkup. He is the role model for Customer service. Thank you David read more

Great customer service in the service department (Arlette) and very nice staff both at the service department and the nice driver (Bobby). Specifically, Arlette in the service department was very helpful and responsive. She answered all of our questions and was very responsive in returning our calls. In addition, Bobby Was a very helpful, safe and friendly driver that helped to transport us safely home while awaiting the car check. Thank you team. (And thanks to Arlette and Bobby for the kind and helpful service). Also special thanks to Roberto Ortiz from sales who helped us locate an item left behind--super helpful and kind! Well done team! read more

Hello I came by the dealership today to look at the 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited. I spoke with Ruben Lopez he was very knowledgeable also very professional. He knows his stuff when it comes to Hyundai. He was very polite also respectful just very impressed how he knows everything on the lot about the vehicles. Keep up the amazing work Ruben. read more

Terrible customer service!! The GM made my wife cry with how rude and condescending he was! He claims we are having buyers remorse. No idiot we have remorse over the fact that you all sold us a lemon! The GMC we purchased stalled on us almost leaving us in a car crash! Then wouldn't start back up the chk engine light came on. They had to tow it bk to dealership. They tried to offer us a Kia Sportage, had it for 10 mins than it wouldn't start back up. In disbelief my wife recorded the the thing. So they have the GMC they said the mechanic found nothing wrong with it. Lies. Towing it back because it doesn't start it a clear giveaway that there's an issue. We dont want the GMC we want a reliable vehicle. The GM is refusing to help resolve this he rather be rude and treat customers like trash. read more

Sales team confirmed a vehicle was on the lot. vehicle was held. appointments were made. took time out of my day. was told vehicle was on another lot. went to the other lot was then told vehicle was sold the day before. then asked if I wanted to look at another vehicle instead. no sorry, nada. I could see in the salesman's bullpen and they did a great job of keeping track of their sales but I guess they couldn't find the time to update the online postings. but we all know it was on purpose because I received an email confirmation read more

I just purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo On 08/16/21, and everything went smoothly that day with the purchase; and I will give probs to Salesman Hector Martinez kept In touch With me Even after making the sale. I had a bad experience with the finance department. As I reviewed my contract the next day, I noticed my trade was not listed on any of the page's signed, which I thought was wrong. I tried to Contact Adam Garza person I sing the contract with, on 08/16/21, and I never heard from him or upper management until I threatened to report my truck was stolen. I was filing some complaints With the Attorney General and county. After doing that, the salesman calls me and promised that a manager name J.R would contact me on 08/18/21 and fish everything up for me. On 08/18/21, the manager calls me and said that everything was correct. The reason is not listed on my contract since I was not the truck owner since it was leased , but he will provide me with documentation either way on 08/19/21. I waited all day long on 08/19/21, and he did not reach me at all, so I text him for an update. The update I had to go back to the dealership to sign more papers as they were not adequately trained on how to handle lease trades. Everything got sort out on 08/20/21, and very happy with my purchase except for how his finance person never contacts me or anything. I will be giving them a 3-star review. I also contacted the general manager and he agreed that some documentation had to be given as the other bank still doesn't know about our deal and accepts it was wrong on their side. read more

They helped resolve our previous issues. Thankful to Richard Molina and Joe Lewis! Thank you both for helping us out!!

Extremely shady! Hate to be a Karen, but these people took advantage of my active adult mom and the fact she did not understand the lease process and I live out of town so she went alone. She finished up at the dealership around 6pm. She told me about her experience, which essentially ended in her purchasing her leased vehicle back for more than it was worth, they also told her she had to purchase all brand new tires (on a very lightly driven vehicle! Why?). I asked her to call them back the next morning to cancel what had been done so I could help her get another vehicle. They told her it couldnt be undone and everything had been processed and that it was a done deal (lies! banks are already closed by 6pm and not open until around 9am). They made an appt with her for the following day, questionable why it couldnt have been that day. They gave her the option of purchasing a different vehicle from THEIR lot (crooked!!!) I asked her about her GAP and Extended Warranty checks, and she said they told her they would keep them and apply them to the price of her leased car she purchased (nothing like double dipping, eh). IVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS!! SHADY, CROOKED, THIEVES. She called in an attempt to speak to the finance people about her checks and they are giving her the runaround this morning. I'm writing this because I dont want anyone else (or their mothers) to get taken advantage of by these vultures, who should be ashamed of themselves. There's no way they would take advantage of their parents the way they did mine. Opportunists at their worst. I've seen business owners reach out to people who leave low Yelp reviews, I would love to see a reply from this business and why they prey on people who dont understand the lease process. read more

I didn't know which Bert Ogden to comment on so I'm going to pick this one because it's where I leased my SUV. I was told they would end my lease early with no penalty if I pretty much traded it in. Not knowing that they would actually add what is left on lease and it was NOT explained to me over the phone. I have them a price I did not want to go over and it just happened to be that ALL the cars I liked were being sold except for one. When the finance person finally sat down he told me about the negative equity and asked how much I could put down. I asked why this was never explained to me before and they said they did....which they didn't. They tried putting me in a new car and from beginning I said NO. I needed a used car no more than my price. When the finance man said he couldn't negotiate the price on the car to try and help me, I realized I had picked the wrong dealership. The sales person did his best but even he gave me wrong info. I am still willing to do a negotiation BUT they weren't. They said they don't do rebates on used cars. BUT I'm sure they can negotiate and the flat out told me no. Well thanks! Next! read more

In June 2013 I decided to trade my car in and get a Challenger. I was working with Ed Payne on a 2013, as they were advertising a great price on the car I wanted. I had a written offer from Ed Payne to give me $17,800 for my trade and sell me the car I wanted for $24,500. I decided to go to Bert Ogden before buying, as I had seen they had a couple of 2012 Challengers on the lot and I had purchased two cars from them in the past. When I went in, I explained to the salesman I already had good numbers from Ed Payne, but I would give them a chance to sell me one of the used cars provided they could convince me with good numbers. The salesman came back with an offer of $14,000 for my trade and $26,000 for the Challenger. Now it is important to note, the 2012 challenger Bert Ogden was trying to sell me was the exact same model as the new 2013 I had an offer from Ed Payne on. Even the same color, so essentially they want to charge more for a car with 18,000 miles that is a year older. No thanks, I said, and told the salesman to not waste my time, as I can understand simple math. Next, the sales manager, Chase, comes out to speak to me. He says they can adjust their offer to $15,000 for my trade and "only" $25,000 for the 2012 Challenger. I again had to explain the offers I already had from Ed Payne, and I even showed the offers to Chase, and also showed him the car I was planning on buying on the Ed Payne website. He said he understood, and came back to me with a "final offer", that they would match the numbers from Ed Payne. I asked Chase, if he had the option to buy a brand new car, or the same car 1 year old with 18,000 miles, for the same price, which would he choose. With a straight face, he said "The one from Bert Ogden, as we stand behind our vehicles". I told him I'm sure the Dodge warranty is guarantee enough for me and left. Sorry for the long text above, but just trying to show how little Bert Ogden thinks of their customers. They either assume you are stupid, or they fail to comprehend math. Either way, not someplace I'd want to purchase a car from. read more

Do not go here. They are quick to take your money but I have been trying to get a refund for gap insurance I no longer need. It's been three months and when we call they keep saying next week and act like now I'm an inconvenience. I wasn't an inconvenience when I was buying a new ram. Then they blame Chrysler instead of taking responsibility. I repeat do not go to Bert Ogden ram in Harlingen. Save yourself the hassle. read more

Ended up buying a vehicle from them after they said they wanted to make up for previous deal. This deal went much smoother, they even brought the car to me (180 miles away). read more

Bought my vehicle at the Kia dealership there and recently had it serviced there. Both experiences were great.

Ive heard of bait and switch, but this dealership took it to another level!!! They have the internet, internet mgr, and of course all the salesman on the floor in on it.. Drove an hour to see a vehicle the internet mgr said was in stock . I get there and he quickly passed me on to a salesman who was clueless as to such a vehicle even existing. Since I was already there I asked about a few other vehicles and again the salesman clueless about price or anything else.. Bert Ogden doing good things at other dealerships, but running a Mickey Mouse operation in Harlingen. read more
