Our three fundraisers each year are: The Christmas Home Tour, The Attic Treasures, and The Spring High Tea. This building is simply rented out to these private businesses for their own shows. Anyone can rent this historical building for a nominal fee. Please refer to the Alpine Woman's Cub Website for additional information. The Alpine Woman's Club is comprised of dedicated, local volunteers who maintain and preserve this beautiful iconic building. I and my friends went to the craft fair, walked into the front door, and noted that the three women staffing the cash register and front door we're not wearing masks and we're letting in anyone who did not have a mask on. when I inquired as to why there was a mask mandate on the invitation printed prominently that they had sent to me and why none of the staff was wearing masks? They looked like deer caught in the headlights, said nothing, did nothing and looked at the floor. My friends and I left immediately, bought nothing and we will not shop this craft fair again. Shame on the women's club of Alpine for false advertising and not looking out for the safety of their invited guests.
