It was very nice to escape the hustle and bustle of a city to this nice hidden gem located minutes away from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was my first Bed and Breakfast experience and it was so nice and quiet. Staff was very friendly from the moment we stepped inside. There's a freshly made dessert included every night, and the pecan bar was my favorite. The pecan bar was so good that I asked for the recipe. We reserved the Buffalo Springs room, which includes an amazing view of the sunrise and mountains. This room includes a balcony to enjoy the views, king size bed, and a large bathroom. It looks like the room and bathrooms were updated recently and provides a cabin feel. Breakfast starts at 8am every morning. Coffee, teas, water, hot chocolate, and drinks are always available in the kitchen 24/7. We had biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausages the first morning. Second morning came with strawberry pancakes with bacon. All breakfast includes corn bread with butter and a yogurt parfait. Also included in the premises is a walking trail, pond where you can canoe, and a barn where you can play pool, ping pong, and rent bikes for the bike trails. We did the touristy thing and spent a lot of our time in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We spent some time in the mornings around Berry Springs, but wished we stayed longer. Overall amazing quiet place and personable staff.

    Breakfast question in the morning.

We only stayed one night but wished we stayed longer! We had a late check in after 8pm. I called in advance to let them know and they left me a letter of instruction and keys in a hidden spot for when I arrived. I booked the Newberry Springs room which is upstairs on the 2nd floor with a king bed, private balcony with a hot tub and fireplace. The moment you step into the lodge, it feels like you are in someone's home. The atmosphere was very homey with a country/mountain style theme from bear pillows, bear and moose stuffed animals, floral chairs, rocking chairs, plaid window drapes, wooden interiors. It gives you a feel of being in a cabin far away. The desert of the night was lemon tart- very delicious. The breakfast in the morning was even more delicious! The owner, Patrick served us. We started off with drinks, banana bread and cold fruit cup with yogurt. The main was french toast covered in whipped cream, cherry and almonds with 3 slices of bacon. SOO GOOD! The hospitality was wonderful here. The only negative was that I found 1 hair on my pillow. The TV in our room could not connect to Airplay. My 2 pillows were super flat. That's just a personal preference. I love my pillows fluffy. I made comments on the suggestion/comments form and hope that helps improve the lodge. Excellent stay overall.

My stay was going great until on my last night there I'm on the bed having wine and a conversation and see a bedbug crawl out from underneath the pillow. Pretty gross, ended up sleeping on the floor. The miss was very displeased.

This lodge is amazing! The views are breath taking. So much to do inside the lodge and outside. If you feel lazy you don't have to leave the property at all, lots of adventures just around the corner!

Such a fantastic weekend getaway. This is hands down one of the most perfect bed and breakfasts I've been too. Secluded enough from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Tucked away in the smoky mountains of Seiverville, great opportunity to relax and just unwind. You get daily breakfast served to you which was quite tasty. There was snacks available at all times, coffee, juice, and water as well. After 6pm there was always a tasty dessert left out as well. The owners here are very friendly and helpful. The views amongst other thing were spectacular. I highly recommend coming here when you need to just get away.

Beautiful view from the back porch!

This is the most beautiful bed and breakfast tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of pigeon forge. The owner is extremely flexible and works diligently to ensure you have a wonderful stay in the Smokeys! The breakfast is absolutely amazing and the views are unbelievable from the front porch! I would recommend this place to anyone who is trying to get a beautiful weekend getaway in the Smokeys!

The Lodge is GORGEOUS and away from the busy tourist spots, so you can actually relax enjoying the beauty of the Smoky Mountains. The owners are absolutely wonderful and make sure your stay is enjoyable from the moment you check in, till you check out. Breakfast is DELICIOUS, I enjoyed sipping coffee and thumbing through the bed and breakfast cook book in the morning. We stayed in the Hidden Springs Suite, which was not attached to the lodge. We had our own cabin, with a porch swing to watch the sunrise. The rooms are clean, the bed was very soft and comfortable, each night we had a turn down service. The lodge offers trails, bikes to rent, a spacious living room with movies and games, a work out room, outside sit on the porch in rocking chairs, or roast s'mores at the fire pit. Regardless of what you are looking for, or something to do, Berry Springs has it! Both my husband and I were so relaxed and enjoyed every minute of our stay. I'm already looking forward to going back to Berry Springs Lodge!

Wowowowow, where do I start?!…read more Pigeon Forge is a mountainous Vegas-like touristy town. There are tons of hotels, some are great and others...not so much. Those great hotels are often going to cost a pretty penny while those more affordable ones are going to be a bit rough around the edges. So where can you stay in Pigeon Forge that isn't going to hurt the bank account while giving you a relaxing stay? Well look no further...Twin Mountain Inn & Suites is excellent AND affordable! I'm a Hotels member and when I saw Twin Mountain Inn and Suites' 5 star reviews, I was curious, especially because at the time, the rates were about $97/night AND pets are only $20/night. Not only that, the room had a river view with a balcony, fireplace, and free parking. Now, I've kept this hotel on the backburner on my account. Last time we visited Pigeon Forge, we stayed at Drury and spent so much more on a "Mountain View" that overlooked the parking structure. So, this time, I decided to go with my instinct and book with Twin Mountain. Boy, am I glad we did!! We stayed on the third floor. Don't let the cover of a book fool you. The parking is easy but can get full pretty quickly, true. However, the room was probably on of the cleanest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot and had good water pressure (albeit, no conditioner or body wash-just a small packaged bar of soap. There were two small bottles of shampoo). There's a microwave and mini fridge in the room. I also liked that there were two sinks, one in the bathroom and one just outside of it (vanity). This was convenient for two people. The AC/heater was powerful, too. The fireplace is timed and creates a cozy atmosphere. The balcony overlooking the river was peaceful and there were two plastic chairs and a little table out there to sit and enjoy the view of ducks and geese. Twin Mountain Inn and Suites is close to the strip but away from the flashing lights and noise. It's a great location! Breakfast is included and had biscuits and gravy, eggs, yogurt, sausage, fruit, cereal, and one waffle maker. There's fresh coffee and a juice machine, too. It was a tight squeeze as it was very busy for 7:30am so I decided to get one biscuit and gravy, two sausages, and a yogurt to take back to the room, which were all very good. There's a drink vending machine outside of the lobby and one near the parking lot. The elevator was convenient and they also had luggage trolleys, too. This was an outstanding stay for one night and I wish it had been longer. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend staying with Twin Mountain Inn & Suites for your next stay in Pigeon Forge.

The hotel is older but very well maintained and off the beaten path so we really loved that. The hotel desk staff was very friendly as well. The only issue was there seemed to be many smokers staying there while we were there and they liked to congregate around the front entrance. So every time you came in, you were blasted with cigarettes. Otherwise, the stay was very enjoyable!

We have stayed at a LOT of B&Bs, and I am not exaggerating when I say that this was the absolute best experience we've ever had. I made the reservation over the phone with George a couple of months before our trip - he recommended the Catalooche room, which was lovely! The room was always kept very clean and was extremely comfortable. The B&B has the look/feel of a log cabin, but with all the modern amenities! When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Anita, who gave us some of her delicious peach tea (omg the BEST). She then recommended we head over to Hungry Bear BBQ for dinner - a low key, local joint which we LOVED and returned to twice during our stay. She also provided us with a book of trails so we could plan our activities, which proved very helpful for determining which hikes to choose as there are so many in the mountains. Anita and George were very friendly and warm, and made us feel at home right away. Anita bakes a dessert every evening that guests can enjoy after returning back from dinner. Her peach cobbler was the BEST I have ever tasted. They always provide refreshments throughout the day, whenever we stopped back in between or after hikes. The breakfast items they prepared were classic family recipes, and very delicious. They serve them hot & plated, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. I went in hopeful and we left completely convinced. This place didn't just meet expectations, it blew straight through them. The Inn is Christmas 24/7, 365 days a year, and somehow it never feels cheesy or forced which is kinda the magic here. What could easily have been a kitschy, Vegas-style Pigeon Forge gimmick is elevated into something genuinely special by the level of service and attention to detail. From the moment you check in, you realize this isn't just a theme -- it's a fully realized experience tucked into the Appalachian Mountains. The service alone deserves serious recognition. Every interaction felt intentional, warm, and unhurried. Staff members weren't just polite, they were present, attentive without hovering, joyful without being performative. If Michelin gave Key Awards for hotels here, this place would be a lock based on service alone. Then there's the feeling of it all. Staying here feels like waking up on Christmas morning at your grandmother's house.. that safe, cozy, nostalgic joy where nothing is rushed and everything is allowed to be wonderful. You can roam the hotel in your pajamas, and no one looks at you twice. It's not weird, it's encouraged. You just roll out of bed, head downstairs for biscuits and gravy, hang out with Santa, drink your body weight in hot apple cider, and let every worry slowly melt away. The outdoor hot tub seriously sealed the deal for me. Steam rising into the mountain air, lights glowing, Christmas music softly humming in the background.. it's the kind of moment that makes you forget what day it is, what month it is, and why you ever let yourself get stressed in the first place. This is easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and not just because of the theme. The Inn at Christmas Place succeeds because it understands something simple and rare: atmosphere means nothing without genuine hospitality. Here, you get both in abundance. If you love Christmas, travel, or just the idea of feeling like a kid again, this is an easy recommendation. Not just for the holidays, but any time of year you need a reminder of how good it feels to slow down, be cozy, and let yourself enjoy something unapologetically joyful.
