I walked into my appointment with the front desk telling me we had a new Orthodontist, I never received a letter or a phone call letting me know this. I did not like the orthodontist that they sold me out to and my teeth are worse than when I first went to see Dr. Christensen. When I found out he was still in business not too long ago I called and they treated me awful, promised to contact me within a few days and I have yet to hear from them. Terrible Business,

Dr. Zinn is very lovely and she was able to help me through the process very quickly. I literally got there, had them take make my impressions for the retainer and came back the next week to pick them up! Since the Covid-19 pandemic is still going on everyone in their staff took the necessary precautions. The girls at the front desk wore masks and took my temperature as I walked in the door. When they were ready for me in the back they had me wash my hands before being seen. (: Everyone working there was very friendly, professional and the office was kept very clean. I appreciated getting email and phone reminders of my upcoming appointment as well and there's even a cool old school Nintendo N64 gaming system in their waiting area! 10/10 would recommend them and will be coming back here in the future.

But she listens to your wants/needs and makes you feel welcomed into the office. All the staff there are amazing as well. Marcy (I don't know if I spelled her name right) almost always does my treatments and she lights up the room. The front desk staff are so understanding and accommodating especially Colleen. They are taking all the precautions for COVID-19 so everything is super clean and safe there. My experience here is always great. I couldn't have found a better orthodontist to come to and my teeth are looking amazing, I am already super stoked about my results.

What I didn't tell her is that I got a deep cleaning less than 6 months prior. She said my gums bled a little as she was poking around with her metal tool. Well, I have not seen any blood on my gums for at least 15 years no matter how much I brush and floss which is a lot hence the lack of blood. When I told her I wasn't going to do that, she got another woman ( I forget her name. ) to come in and assure me that now is the best time because blah blah blah. When I denied them, they both looked disappointed and defeated. Almost depressed! I did have to get a minor procedure done on a molar so now enter Dr. Karren a few weeks later. He jabbed me with his needle and I let out a yelp from the pain and he didn't say one damned word. He just kept jabbing about 3 more needles because he seemed very much in a hurry. He didn't wait in between needles. Just BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM! I can't say if he overbooks because he wants to do as much work as possible to bring in the $$$ but he definitely seemed to be in a hurry as he was running around from patient to patient. The guy lacked bedside manner to say the last and I believe he has become desensitized to people yelping in pain because he's heard it so many times. Also, their equipment looks very outdated. The way they take xrays is decades old. I've gone to another dentist since and his xray machine looks space ago and they use a painless needle called "The Wand". It's a revolutionary tool to painlessly inject novocaine. In my opinion "Dr". Karren is living in the dark ages and his office is more about the $$$ than anything else. Again, how they have so many good reviews is beyond me but I told of my experience so you be the judge.

I told the front office that we recently had a terrible experience at a chain dentist. The dental assistant talked with me about it and asked me if there was anything specific they could do for my son to make him feel more comfortable and less nervous. The dentist came in, showed me x-rays and exactly what was going on, then discussed the plan of action. There was no hustle or hurrying us out the door. This plan might just be a hidden gem and I'm grateful I found them. Even the bathrooms were clean, smelled great, and roomy for a mom with three kiddos tagging along.

Ever since their visit the fillings have repeated fallen out, broken, led to further difficulties. My wife now also has trust issues with dentists and suffers from emotionak trauma.
