Our son had the best experience at Arthur Orthodontics. Dr Arthur is not only great at orthodontia but my son loved going in for his visits. They would chat about all things sports and he always included him in on all conversations. I can't say enough about the staff. Each one is special and always made us feel special. Please be aware there is no such thing as a "free" consultation. I was referred here to see if my son would need braces. We were told multiple times by staff that this was a free consultation and everything was included. I was then hit with a fee for X-rays. I called to question the staff about the charge and was told by Wendy that she had worked there for 18 years and would never use the words "free". That the conversations I was speaking about never happened. I informed Wendy that we did indeed have these conversations and that I do not appreciate effectively being called a liar and that I would not be going back to this office for service. She said have a good day and proceeded to hang up on me. I was informed she would email me copies of my child's X-rays and has not done so. read more

My daughter had braces on in highschool and after having them taken off had a permanent retainer put in. During Covid her upper retainer came loose and was hurting her mouth. Dr. Arthur got her in to see her the second day after reopening and took the retainer out at no charge! Thank you Dr. Arthur! Thank you for eleviating the pain in my daughter's mouth and for being so prompt. read more

I've been a Arthur Orthodontics patient since I was a little girl. I remember my very 1st visit at the first location they had. Everyone who works at the office is very nice and helpful with any questions I had. Recently I went in and needed a new retainer and they were so generous, they made me a brand new one and even sent it to my house without a charge! That is real customer service and it truly shows that Dr. Arthur and his team care about your smile. read more

My daughter sees Dr. Arthur in the Glendale office. I was a little worried we were going to go in on the first day and have an appointment scheduled to come back for braces. I was not a fan of braces at 9. Dr. Arthur came up with a treatment plan but said they did not believe in putting braces on everyone who walks in the door. We went back for two more annual check ups before my now 13 year old decided she was ready for braces. The process was easy and the office staff is prompt and friendly. My daughter loves going here which makes my life so much easier! read more

I love the doctors and staff at Arthur Orthodontics. They have made our family experience such an awesome one. I have a son who completed having braces and his teeth look amazing. His smile just brightens his day now (and mine). My other son is going through the process. This office gives my children the care they need and that helps make me feel better as a mom. I have another child who needs braces and is very nervous about it. Dr. Arthur is helping him get through the process and helping him feel more comfortable. I have been going to Arthur Orthodontics for 10 + years. Everyone in the office is exceptional! Always kind, friendly, courtesy and enthusiastic. What I love most about the staff is they remember your face, they do not make you feel like just another patient. When I was 9 years old I started going to Arthor Orthodontics. Back then I believed the orthodontist was the most scariest and brutal place to be; however, with their wonderful staff that treated me as family I learned to love going there. I received treatment for 6 years and now have the most perfect gorgeous teeth thanks to their amazing work. I am extremely happy I found them to help my Terrible crooked teeth. They have all impacted my life greatly and I thank each and everyone of them. When going there you will realize everyone is kind and treats you greatly. I honestly loved it there. :) read more

So far, a very unprofessional experience. The treatment coordinator did not return any of my phone calls or faxes so that I could provide secondary insurance information for my stepdaughter's treatment. She finally reached my husband and after discussing options, my husband told her I would call with payment information. I called and reached voicemail twice, never to receive a return call. She called my husband at the time of the appointment and said that if we didn't pay, the appointment would have to be rescheduled. Again, my husband explained that I had the payment info and she would need to return my calls. She finally called and took the credit card information for payment in full. I specifically asked for the receipt to be faxed for tax purposes and still nothing. Perhaps once you get past the front office staff the service excels, but as of this moment, one star is reaching. read more

Dr. Arthur did an amazing job on my twin daughters' teeth! From the beginning we were given a clear outline of the treatment needed, expected timeframe, and a realistic payment plan. The office was very organized and was quite efficient getting us to stay on track with appointments. Over the years we had a couple broken retainers and some out of town emergencies but the staff was always easy to reach and ready with advice over the phone or able to squeeze us into the schedule if necessary. My girls have beautiful smiles forever thanks to Dr. Arthur! read more

You will not be disappointed in Dr. Arthur and his staff. I am the daughter of a dentist and my dad's number one priority growing up was obviously healthy teeth and a beautiful smile. I was in braces a total of four times during my childhood and still struggle with being satisfied with the alignment of my teeth. So when I found that Dr. Arthur had a practice close to where I lived, I thought I'd take a chance with my own kids. And boy am I glad that I did. Not only is Dr. Arthur's staff completely amazing, kind, available and caring, the work that was done on all three of my kids is top notch. Two of my kids have fully completed treatment and their teeth are gorgeous. Our daughter is nearly done, as well, and I can already see the changes in her smile. I despise medical offices because of wait times, especially with busy school schedules and a business to run, but there is NEVER a wait when we have appointments scheduled. The kids get right in and right out. If there is ever an issue with brackets or loosening they conveniently fit us right in. The environment is fun. The staff is fantastic, and most of all, the final result is worth every dollar spent. if I could post pictures I would... and they would speak for themselves. read more

I had my orthodontics placed by a Damon orthodontist out of Arizona. A couple of years ago, one of my plastic retainers cracked, and they got me in right away and made me a new one. I just went back today because one of my permanent bonded wire retainers broke, and I knew I could get in to see someone in the office. They took pictures, went over my bite and my teeth, and were very thorough about coming up with a plan. They fixed the wire the same day. Everyone in the office was professional and friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone needing orthodontics! The Damon system was the best way to go for sure! read more

We are officially graduated from Arthur Orthodontics as both our daughters have completed their treatment. They now have the MOST beautiful smiles! We are so pleased with the entire process from the front office staff to the assistants and to Dr. Arthur himself! Prior to beginning treatment, a thorough and careful observation was presented in order to understand our girls orthodontic needs. There was no pressure to do immediate treatment and what was especially comfortable to us was when Dr. Arthur recommended our children grow a bit more to make the orthodontic treatment less complicated and less of a duration. Once the treatment began, the staff (enthusiastic, passionate and accommodating ) did everything possible to make the girls experience a positive one! The office was nurturing and there was lots of encouragement along the way. The day the braces were removed, a celebration in the office composed of balloons, singing, pictures and sticky candy made for a great ending! When we stopped going back, I received incessant calls and texts from multiple phone numbers about rescheduling, even after telling them we weren't continuing there. I have since found a dental practice that my daughter loves and meets my expectations.

When we left the kids were given tokens for the prize machines which was so fun and clever. They also got t shirts and a new toothbrush and exciting floss!! The office itself is fairly large with a fantastic waiting area for the kids with a fish tank, camping decor, coloring books and crayons, a movie playing, and books to stay entertained. The back of the office invites campers back with more fun decor, colorful chairs, and a comfortable atmosphere that makes the dentist fun! We were nothing but impressed and pleased with Happy Campers, and our kids are pumped to brush and floss now!

When i spoke with the young lady, she got snippy saying it wasn't that and I said yeah it probably isn't but want to weed it out. She was being very rude not wanting to help and kept cutting me off. There was nothing professional about this conversation. I asked her name and she put me on hold. Someone else got on the phone and seemed to be "just cordial" with me. I asked to speak to the manager but she never called me. I got off the phone shaking. When I called back months later to tell them we are done going there because of this incident, she asked if I wanted to speak to the manager and I said yes. Again, I never got a call.

Well.. we have officially completed the orthodontic services at Dr. Arthur's office. As both of our daughters were treated by him and his team. We have been going to Arthur Orthodontics for several years throughout the process. Our oldest endured the most treatment having to go through several different processes to get her smile to be as perfect as it is. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. Their smiles are truly perfect. Dr. Arthur made all the right choices to ensure their bite, and alignment were FANTASTIC (dare I say perfect?). He obviously takes so much pride in his work and shoots for perfection. He is passionate about helping people not just from the cosmetic aspects of orthodontia but also the physical aspects as well. Dr. Arthur always assisted in explaining all the treatment options and reasons for the plan. Him and his staff always made our daughters feel comfortable and made them laugh and smile. It has been a truly great experience and we HIGHLY recommend him to our friends and family. Let's not kid ourselves, orthodontic services are expensive. Making the right choice as to who you want to provide the services for you or your family should be taken seriously. It is an investment. The investment is certainly worth it, as a beautiful smile goes a long way in helping with your self confidence and appearances. In 2008 Arthur Orthodontics was the company my parents decided to obtain my braces through. I can remember from the moment I entered their facilities, I knew I would be receiving quality treatment. The whole space is very kids-friendly. It was always a joy to go to as a kid. After my braces were removed, I went back to my old dentist for regular visits. One day my permanent retainer came loose off one of my teeth from an apple and I had my dentist glue it back. His glue broke within days, obviously a lower quality. This repeated and I decided to return to Arthur Orthodontics to have them glue it. That gluing has lasted several months now. An orthodontist is a service you keep around even after your braces come off. Permanent retainers eventually come loose, especially if you eat lots of raw foods. Removable retainers wear out if you grind your teeth. I end up returning at least once every couple years and it is always enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone I know. read more

Dr. Arthur and his staff all deserve five stars! We had been to two other orthodontist consultations before we found Dr. Arthur. My daughter was only nine and both of the other orthodontists wanted her in braces right away. Dr. Arthur gave us advice to wait and then continued to see her free of charge yearly until he felt her teeth were ready for braces at age twelve. The office always worked with our schedule and would always squeeze us in if we had a problem. The whole time we went to his office we never saw an unhappy staff member. As an adult who is on her second round of braces, I feel like I couldn't be in better hands with Dr. Arthur and his team. I am a very anxious person when it comes to my teeth and I always want to know exactly what is happening. Dr. Arthur always makes the time to explain what they are doing and why they are doing it at each appointment. He is also very open about what my role is in my care and how we have to work as a team to achieve the results I am looking for. I feel like a celebrity every time I walk in. The entire staff knows me by name, greets me with a smile and makes sure I am doing well. I couldn't ask for better care AND customer service. Being a teenager, I was very nervous coming into the office for my braces. There was absolutely no wait and the assistants made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Coming into the office, the front desk woman greeted me with a smile and signed me in right away. Within seconds, the assistant came and took me into the chair. She could tell I was nervous and talked to me about my plan for my braces. Feeling more relaxed, the doctor came and put on my braces. When I left, they gave me a bag with everything I needed for my braces experience! I was never scared after that point and am so happy with how my teeth turned out! So many people everyday still comment on my shining straight teeth. I would highly recommend Doctor Arthur! read more

I absolutely LOVE this office! ! I've been self conscious about my smile being so narrow for many years. After seeing some of Dr.Arthur's before and after pictures I knew I wanted him to help fix my smile. Both of his offices are nice and his staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone is so nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling or being worked on! Dr.Arthur makes you feel like a friend not just a patient. He explains everything in great detail and takes all your concerns seriously! They also always seemed to work with my schedule. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my smile now!!! I recently went to Arthur Orthodontics to get my custom whitening trays so that I could whiten my teeth after having braces for a while. The staff was very warm and welcoming and it was an overall great experience! They must have a great marketing manager because their social media is always up to date! They also did a great job at explaining to me how to use the whitening trays and I absolutely love how well they work! If you've had braces and want whiter teeth Arthur Orthodontics is the best place to go! I also heard that they are doing custom mouthguards right now if you are interested in one of those! read more

If my 15 year old daughter enjoys going there because she's treated respectfully and has fun...you know they have to be awesome. Not only are Dr. Arthur and his staff wonderful to their patients and parents, but my daughter had quite a lot of issues with her teeth and bite. She just got her braces off and her smile is fabulous. They are able to get you in in a timely manner, are always there for any kind of emergency and we never felt rushed! GREAT OFFICE! While I was at a dentist appointment, my permanent retainer broke, and as a result of this break, I had a tooth shift that ruined the perfect smile I was given. I was afraid I was going to have to pay a large sum to have the retainer and tooth fixed since my ortho care ended about 7 years ago. Dr. Arthur, the orthodontist who did my work, was able to see me almost immediately and comped the entire visit! Now, my retainer is stronger than ever and my smile looks great. The team at Arthur Orthodontics is the best in the valley! I would not trust my smile to anyone else. Not all orthodontists are created equally. Dr. Arthur and his staff have created such a kid friendly environment! The waiting room is set up like a movie theater, stadium seating and all. There are movies to watch, games to play and a smaller play area for the younger guests. Parents can enjoy hot coffee or tea while they wait. Scheduling is easy and friendly. Appointments are quick and thorough. I love how they explain each step of the process and all the options available. LOVE this place! read more

My son and daughter were both treated at Arthur Orthodontics and their smiles are amazing! Thank you so much for the beautiful smiles. I was extremely nervous going into this process at the age 27 but something about the staff just made me feel comfortable. They make it a point to make sure you are happy and understand every step of the process. Knowing what to expect along the way made it all that much easier.
