When I called for clarification on October 28, the Customer Service Representative began adding up every transaction that occurred in MyCash since 2024, without realizing that it was a running total. I explained that her approach would not resolve the issue, yet after over 30 minutes of investigating, she was still unable to explain the origin of the charges or provide any supporting documentation. It is extremely alarming that TASC can make account adjustments like this without any transparency, explanation, or accountability. Dealing with this level of incompetence is stressful enough on its own, but it is even worse when you are already managing pain and medical issues. Instead of easing the process, TASC adds unnecessary frustration at a time when support and clarity are most needed. This experience, along with many other poor interactions, prompted me to write to my employer's HR Benefits team recommending that they stop doing business with TASC altogether.
