We ended up needing to make an unexpectedly large payment which we didn't find out about until April 1. (dropped off info in February) They say it's standard practice to just leave "drop off clients" sitting until the staffer gets to it. A drop off client is someone who puts all of their information into the provided envelope and takes it to their office. The delay in finding out how much we owed caused us significant financial harm. When we brought this to the attention of a manager he said it was a "coaching opportunity" for the employee. That is completely meaningless to someone who was just screwed over by your company. Terrible service.
