There were also dirty spots left all over the vehicle. The back doors near the windows still had visible dust, and several areas looked like they hadn't been touched at all. I had to reclean the car myself just to remove the smell, and the water turned grey, which makes me question what was used during the cleaning. The mat in the back hatch wasn't even lifted, and the carpet underneath hadn't been vacuumed. The windows appeared to have been wiped with a greasy, dirty rag, and the wheel wells were left untouched. This is far from what I would consider a premium job.

I've gotten to know the owner, as we're work neighbors. He's always friendly and takes time to say hello when our paths cross. Most importantly, my car always comes out clean and looking great! The prices are reasonable and definitely comparable to, if not better than, what you'll find at other car washes.
