The reason I did not give 5 stars was because when I was initialing reaching out for diagnosis of a poorly tree, I was told over several days-weeks that I would be contacted (the Arborist sets his own schedule), that there was a backlog. I accepted this, but later learned that the person was actually on scheduled time away. I just wish I would have been told this from the start as opposed to repeatedly saying he was backlogged. Then, they told me to call and let them know when it was dry enough for them to come out and run their machinery in my backyard.
