I accepted this, but later learned that the person was actually on scheduled time away. I just wish I would have been told this from the start as opposed to repeatedly saying he was backlogged. Today is 9/25/2021 and they just finished up. The delay between March and September was primarily due to fairly frequent rains, that kept the heavy truck out of my front lawn. Also, I have a flagstone walk that the truck needed to cross - so they laid down several panels that protected the walk, when the truck drove over it, so that was good. Arriving at 7:30 was the lead guy, checking things out. At 8am the workers and the big truck pulled in. It is almost 3pm - and they have everything cleaned up - all the limbs and tree trunks loaded and they were paid and are now gone. The workers on the ground, all kept busy, raking and picking up debris. A final cleanup was done with leaf blowers all humming in unison. I chose 5 stars for my rating, because I could not be happier with the job they did. The lead guy was very friendly and made the process go very smooth. I would contact them again, if I ever needed more trees topped or taken down.

Had neighbor call…read moreme at work midday to tell me there were 2 guys beating on my front door around 2pm in the afternoon. Had to use personal leave to rush home and try and meet them there. Got there within ten minutes and still no call from the owner. So I called him to let him know even though no one from custom Tree Care had called me, I was at home now and would wait for the crew to come back. After a half hour they returned . While coming down my driveway, they ran over and crushed my shed base with their dually tires. It had just been assembled the week prior. Upon leaving that afternoon, they ran their truck to close to the house removing a small chunk of roof and a brand new screen off the new Windows at the back of my house. They ran over and crushed my treated landscape timbers upon entering my driveway the next morning. They left 2-3 foot depressions along my driveway and next to the foundation of my house with their out riggers. They left sawdust and limbs all over the new roof on the back of my house that had just been rebuilt and re shingled. They bent and jacked up my fence close to the tree that was removed, and never told me. My neighbor told me after they left about it. They crushed part of the walkway in my backyard that lead to the back alley. And they left the stump about a foot above ground, and the stump is about 6 - 7 foot in diameter. I had to call them after waiting 3 weeks for the bill only to be told that it was emailed to me after the owner took a picture of it with his phone. it had gone to the emails junk folder in my email due to the attachment. Then they decided to send me more emails complaining about the time it was taking my insurance company to provide them their payment and that I needed to pay the bill immediately regardless of what the insurance company says or does. so they're big fix for this was to just throw to eat 2 by 6 by tens in my backyard. the insurance check finally came and they have received their payment but there is no way on Earth I would ever refer them to anyone, nor will they ever be contacted by me or anyone in my family to have work done again. piss poor job and I was not satisfied at all

They showed up on time, dropped the tree, cleaned up the mess and were out of there in a little over two hours. They arrived early, and wrapped up in about three hours, which was a lot quicker than I thought it would be considering the size of the cottonwood, and its proximity to the house. Then, they told me to call and let them know when it was dry enough for them to come out and run their machinery in my backyard. I would have no idea when it was dry enough and nor should that be my responsibility when I am paying them for the service. I do not recommend this company. Much of my time and energy were lost trying to work with them.
