He is very knowledgeable and with a reasonable approach to tackling challenges. The reason I did not give 5 stars was because when I was initialing reaching out for diagnosis of a poorly tree, I was told over several days-weeks that I would be contacted (the Arborist sets his own schedule), that there was a backlog. I accepted this, but later learned that the person was actually on scheduled time away. I just wish I would have been told this from the start as opposed to repeatedly saying he was backlogged. Then, they told me to call and let them know when it was dry enough for them to come out and run their machinery in my backyard. I would have no idea when it was dry enough and nor should that be my responsibility when I am paying them for the service. I do not recommend this company. Much of my time and energy were lost trying to work with them.

They arrived early, and wrapped up in about three hours, which was a lot quicker than I thought it would be considering the size of the cottonwood, and its proximity to the house. They also did an amazing job removing the stump, and cleaning up the debris from the entire area. I would use their services again, and highly recommend them to anyone else!
