The delicately feminine silk, knit and lace clothes are hung beautifully alongside a number of jewellery pieces and bags. My favourite touch however, are the handwritten price tags "one hundred and twenty five pounds", so simple but so unlike all other shops. I found a Rose and Lavender candle that smelled divine. I flipped it over to look at the price and I got brought back to reality really quick - it was £4.50. OK, so I am a cheapskate, I admit, but still, I'm not into spending a fiver on a stupid candle that's going to burn into nothingness in the long run. Ignoring my reservations, I held onto it while I perused what the rest of the shop had to offer. It had cute little knick knacks of all sorts - cards, lipstick holds, keychains, purses. I took a photo of the jewellery display. Then I went to the back of the shop and found loads of overpriced ugly clothes that only a wicked witch or a sexless spinster would wear and I took a picture of them. 'Excuse me, no more pictures please!' said a woman behind the counter that I did not even recognise existed until that very moment because she did not bother to greet me when I came into the store as she was picking her cuticles and developing blisters on her buttocks from sitting on her ass for so long embracing indolence with all of her being. At 12 years old, he's done well - his friend's just had most of his teeth out so this is preventative too. It takes around an hour but they do a short trial first to make sure your dog will take to it. Tattie was as good as gold apparently It's like doggie heaven in the shop and of course, there are all the fab collars too. Great place!

Located outside the center city it was a nice walk from the hotel. The owners were incredibly helpful and made it clear their collars are not for puppies and better suited for adult dogs, based solely on the cost. That being said I found the perfect handmade Pink and Orange adult collar and coordinated leash. So when the time is right and my puppy is a few months old she'll be sporting a very stylish look!

But for some reason I cannot get excited by it. Maybe it is that the shop is rather too polished making it feel more like a high street shop trying to be a boutique. I would not however, rule out Petals. I am an immensely fussy shopper but there is still something about it that appeals to me. The clothes are after all well priced and stylish. Make up your own mind if you ever get the chance to pop into Petals.
