Four stars for the movers, one star for scheduling that caused me to lose a day and a half of my…read morelife. Movinga appears to be a company that subcontracts to local movers. In my case the subcontractor was MC Transport (mc-transport.de). When I booked the appointment, the website said the arrival window would be 1pm to 3pm; when Movinga's service rep called me they said noon-2pm. On the day I waited two hours for them, called at 2pm, and was told actually the window is 2pm to 4pm. At 3:45pm the subcontractor called to say they were 60km from Berlin and would arrive at my place in two hours. Starting a big move at 6pm didn't make sense to me, so we negotiated that we would try again the following day. They came the next day at the tail end of the scheduled window. So I burned a total of 5 hours waiting around for these folks. But the mover themselves were nice guys, professional, strong, etc and did a great job getting my bulky furniture up five flights of stairs. If you use them my advice would be to get the cell number of the subcontractor as soon as possible so that you can figure out when they are actually on their way.

They was late, we called, he doesnt have any idea about out move, asked us to call in 5 min, which we did, then he told us they will come at 6pm, which again they didnt, they end up coming at 7:30 ( 3h 30 min late) . We agreed on 3 guys to do the job, but only 3 guys was sent! They didnt want to disassemble so while taking the sofa bed out, they broke the wall. We arrived to the new apartment, they moved the stuff up and didn't assemble anything. Thats 4 days ago!!! Opened a complain and they till charged me the full amount without caring! Called on the phone, been told to complain on the website cause they cant take my complain on the phone. We are sleeping on the floor! Very bad service. They start by greeting you in a nice way when u book the moving, then later, they care less about the experience

Ich habe diese Firma letzte Woche (29 Sept. 2017) für einen Umzug gemietet und sie waren…read moreausgezeichnet. Sie kamen pünktlich an und halfen mir, das Bett zu dekonstruieren. Die beiden Jungs, die sie schickten, waren freundlich und effizient. Sie lassen mich auch in den LKW mit ihnen fahren, wie meine Katze in den Rücken mit den Möbeln war. Ich empfehle sie. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auch. I just hired this company last week (29 Sept 2017) for a move and they were excellent. They arrived on time and helped me deconstruct the bed. The two guys they sent were friendly and efficient. They also let me ride in the truck with them as my cat was in the back with the furniture. I recommend them. Very good value for money too.

This company from start till the end has been horrific and has been the least professional company…read moreI ever used: -1/ They used a subcontractor to do the removal instead of their own staff: guys did not have any packaging (they were supposed to pack our belongings), no uniform, were completely disorganized, and did not even have a form to list goods moved -2/ When we received the goods, they were all humid, with lots of mould on our furniture, clothes & other belongings (it seems the goods had been somehow stored in a humid warehouse....). As goods were badly packed and protected, we also had s number of belongings broken. -3/ 6 months after the move, we still had no financial compensation back from Junker. They don't reply to email. When we manage to contact them, they promise to come back the following week but never do. They also say they are waiting an answer from their subcontractor when we paid for a specific insurance directly with Junker (for no effect apparently, I am not even sure if they really covered our goods or just took the money). Overall a non-professional and dishonest company that nobody should use.
