We recently installed Hydrowise as our sprinkler system for the home. They worked with us to train us on how to use the smartphone app so that we can turn on sprinklers and change sprinkle times from remote locations. It's been fantastic. We are so pleased with the system! We've been away with our daughter and her family down south for the past few weeks but we've been able to turn on the sprinklers from our phones whenever we feel it's been very hot and dry back home. We have very successfully hired All Wright for a number of jobs and were very happy with them…read more They were expensive, but we understand that electricians are highly trained and must be compensated for their expertise. More recently, a track lighting fixture very high up on a cathedral ceiling stopped working, We made an appointment for All Wright to come to fix this. We told them that the fixture was very high up and suggested that they bring an extra long ladder. We were told that one of their technicians would be in our area the next day and would stop by. He said that they fixture was not the problem but that it was a problem with the switch on the wall. When the second technician came, he failed to bring the correct switch and told us to call the office to arrange a follow up appointment. The third guy arrived with the wrong switch but was able to run to our near-by hardward store and buy the correct switch. Imagine our surprise when All Wright charged us for this visit. We ended up paying almost $600 to replace a switch.

They are never ever available by phone. For a company that says they are always available...it…read moreshould say "our voicemail is always available". The sent a text and called my phone saying an alarm went off. I was in the shower and couldn't answer. They Sent the fire department. I'm trying to follow up with them to find out what is wrong and they dont answer their phone. Pushed every button. No answer. How is that possible that they dont have the man power to take calls? Its not the first time. It is outrageous. Ive also had a really bad experience with their billing. Once you sign the annual contract, you are NOT allowed to cancel your service without paying the full contract. And that was despite them changing my monthly rate and over charging me. They have done a good job buying all of the competition and terrible awful service.
