He was able to come out the same day and send me an estimate through his online platform, which was great because I was at work. He gave me both an estimate for the leak repair and the yard cleanup and once I approved those online, he began the work. Also, he doesn't charge you anything until the work is complete and you just pay the invoice he sends you and can pay via card. No more running to the bank for cash! He was able to stop the leak, which was flooding an area of grass near my front door, causing a muddy mess. On top of reparing the leak, he added a new irrigation valve with a shut off, so if it happened again, I would just need to turn that off, making it so much easier! He mowed and edged my unruly yard and then trimmed some bushes that frame the front of the house. He even went as far as message me to ask if he could trim up a small palm tree I have, so it would no longer stick out into our porch. It looked so good when he finished! After seeing how well done and quickly the work was completed, I decided to move forward and hire him for weekly maintenance and his prices are very reasonable. He never adds anything without your approval. As he was servicing my yard, he reached out via text and asked if I wanted to add on a fertilizer/weed killer and gave me to cost up front. I pay for my services once a mo at the end of the mo after everything has been completed and he invoices me directly via text. Edward makes everything simple and straight forward, has great communication and I highly recommend him for lawn care services to all my friends!
