As soon as it arrived, they called me to gather details, diagnosed the issue (spark plugs), and resolved it quickly at a very reasonable price. Customer-First Advice: When the light came back on the next day, I brought it back. They verified their initial repair was solid, but identified a new issue: a fuel pump failure, which is a known TSB issue on Lexus SUVs. Instead of immediately selling me a expensive repair, Patrick, my service advisor, honestly advised me to check with a dealer first to see if it might be covered under a recall. Saving Time & Money: The local Lexus dealership quoted me $2,300 and mentioned the backordered part would take days to arrive. Disappointed with the dealer, I brought my car straight back to Christian Brothers. Even though the part was on backorder everywhere, their team worked tirelessly to expedite it, kept me informed, and completed the repair for a fraction of the dealer's quote. Unmatched Hospitality: Throughout this whole process, the owner personally provided complimentary shuttle rides to and from the facility. Chatting with him during the ride was a great experience--it shows just how hands-on and dedicated the leadership is. Christian Brothers truly overdelivered to get me back on the road ASAP. He provided the parts and was quoted about $300 for labor. The shop only replaced one rear brake, discovered the other caliper was seized, and then reassembled the car without calling us for options. Afterward, they informed him the vehicle was unsafe to drive but still charged the full $300 labor fee -- despite not completing the job. To make matters worse, they didn't even have the caliper in stock, leaving us with no solution. This was unacceptable. The lack of communication, releasing an unsafe car, and charging full price for incomplete work shows poor customer service and questionable business practices. Customers deserve honesty, fair billing, and consideration for safety, none of which we experienced here. Thomas Stevens was very dishonest, stating that we resided out of town on our invoice, when we live 15 minutes away from this location. Here at this location, they consider everyone else's position, but the customer. Their practices are unethical, immoral, and unjustifiable. My recommendation is that you search elsewhere for your automobile services as this franchise is anything but Christian based. I have reached out to the owner and I am waiting on a response. I will update this Post upon hearing from the Owner, Chip Eissler. I'm not sure if they're even recognized by the Better Business Bureau. I will look into it.

He listened to my concerns as I have a few because my car is older. They kept me apprised of every step of the way. From initial diagnostics, when they finish them they sent me a link that took me to a website but not only detailed information about what needed to be done, but also recommendations with PICTURES to show what they were talking about. I was able to show them to my brother who was mechanic in New Jersey he said I see their concern and he agreed on their diagnostics, but we're getting rid of the car within a year so no need to do those things right now. When I spoke to Brandon we talked about what needed to be done for the inspection, the things that I wanted to have done extra including the oil and having an A/C repaired, and there was zero hard sell of any of the other options that were recommended but not needed at time of service. I have never had such an amazing experience at a mechanic shop in all my years and I can guarantee I will never go to another auto repair shop as long as I live in this area, I finally found the best mechanics around and trust me I've been to probably just about all of them including dealerships. We took one car in last week and was told it failed inspection and needed new tie rods. The cost was over $1500. I'm trusting so I paid, and it was supposedly repaired. Yesterday I took my son's car in for inspection. They call with a list of issues totaling over $4000 causing the car to fail inspection, one of the problems was tie rods. They also mentioned an oil leak. The mention of tie rods again made something click. I told him I could not afford the repairs and would just pick up the car. I took the car to my trusted mechanic and he did NOT find any issues with the tie rods nor was there an oil leak. When I call Tires Etc to address this, Peter became very arrogant and said I do know what the purpose of this call is. I told him I called because I felt like you were trying to scam me. He just kept saying that he does everything by "the book" in regards to inspection guidelines. That was a lie. When I took the first car in, which is actually a truck with oversized (illegal) tires he passed it because he puts big tires on his truck Too. The only honest thing from him was that he did not charge the $44.95 inspection fee since it failed inspection. I didn't read reviews about this business until after all this took place. My mistake because on Yelp there are several reviews stating issues similar to my experience. This place is shady. I highly recommend that you go to a more trustworthy business.
