I didn't have a copy of my insurance card; the young lady was kind enough to print a copy for me from my online policy. I had a daytime running light that had been out of service for weeks. I fully expected to pay for that in addition to the cost of inspection. Apparently the wiring was loose so I was not charged. In today's environment that level of honesty is extraordinary. All the transmission "specialists" I contacted (including AAMCO) told me I would need to make an appointment for the transmission to be analyzed plus they charged outrageous fees of $100 to $150. Gregory said I could come right over and to my surprise he said the transmission analysis would take 15 minutes and be free of charge! Not only was he friendly and patient, but they quoted me HALF of what I was getting from every other shop. As they work on your car, you get emails with updates showing pictures of what they're finding during inspection and working on, which really helped me (a 25-year-old female) ensure that I wasn't getting scammed. I seriously don't know why this shop here with all of the guys in there you would think that they know what their doing But they don't. I took my car over there and the had things stolen from my car, charged me thousands in cash for my e break tires and dash and inspection and all of these test to be done but when I gotten my car. it was as if they did nothing.
