TDC would not honor this because it. had been 7 months since I had my ring checked. The ring was just a few years old and I worked in an office. I was not hard on my jewelry. I had to purchase another stone (why did I buy it again from them???) to fix. I know things can happen but when you build a ring and I pay for the stones, the least you can do is not have it fall apart. And if it does - stand behind it and make it right. I had to make a claim on my homeowners who nearly dropped us for such a large claim. I sent a letter to the owner and naturally received zero response. Decided to never go back and we took all our spending elsewhere. We moved our business from TDC to Goodman's where we purchased many new pieces over the years.
