He is extremely thorough, caring and effective and was able to help me see through my own barriers and resistance but most importantly, tackle them head on. I am very happy with the results and am looking forward to continuing my treatment with him. I highly recommend!

I was having trouble digesting nuts, carrots, quinoa, and was sensitive to caffeinated tea. Dr. Gin's holistic approach, including NET, made a noticeable difference. He took the time to fully understand my concerns, addressing both the physical and emotional root causes of my symptoms. Through NET, he helped me release emotional stress affecting my health, leading to significant improvements in digestion, reduced anxiety, and resolution of my food sensitivities. He also provided exercises to support my nervous system at home. Now, I can enjoy my morning tea without any issues, and I no longer feel restricted by what I can eat. My life has finally returned to normal. Dr. Gin's thoughtful and integrative care left me feeling balanced and calm. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking compassionate and effective holistic treatment.

We've been with this practice for a couple of years and the last time we were due to run out of serum, we were given a form to sign and authorize insurance to renew. Despite this, they still didn't create new serum setting us back on our schedule- less than ideal when one of your kids is on a biological med to manage his asthma. Today we went to go get our shots and were advised that our serum had expired since our last injection several weeks ago but no one had advised us or had us sign the required authorization form. Even more disappointing is that we've had several conversations within the last month with Dr. Carr as well as office staff regarding our pending relocation and the process for transferring our existing serum to the new practice. Unless you want to add managing your allergy serum expirations to your already busy schedule, I suggest finding another provider until this office management improves

However, you still have to answer the same Q&A upon your arrival once again on their tablet. We showed up 10mins early and checked in on time and got in our room by 9:40am. And we ended up just staying in the room until 10:30am (nobody came in) and he decided to leave without seeing the dr. What a wasting time! They texted and emailed us a multiple times that we can't be late or should give them 24 hours notice to avoid $75 cancellation fee. What's the point of having an appointment? They could have just booked less people than they are supposed to. Because they seem like they don't care about other people valuable time.

The office staff here is atrocious! They do not care about the patient whatsoever. I've had…read morenumerous negative experiences with this place, whereby the staff (phone and nurse) are short-tempered and nasty when I ask simple questions. The nurse is especially rude, told me in a hostile tone on our call that if any patient is five minutes late, they always cancel all appointments (WHAT doctor's office does that? No leeway whatsoever!). I've never been late a day in my life, but she still feels the urge to tell that to every patient. Seems she doesn't like working any time, even five minutes, outside of her clock-punching hours. She does not represent the doctor's business well, but it seems to be the mindset of the whole office, including the doctor: CLOCK PUNCHING MENTALITY. The nurse behaves as if she's on a power trip, but is fake-nice as can be in front of the doctor. We all noticed it. Just a really an unpleasant experience. The doctor himself seems to just being going through the motions, checked out and not very engaged with his patients. He has a spiel he seems to be reciting. When he did the old-school allergy test on me, it came up saying I wasn't allergic to a lot of things that I later found out I was allergic to (at a different doctor's office). Seems it's time for this doc to retire and/or hire new staff. Especially he needs to replace the rude nurse! She shouldn't be in the patient business at all.
