I came in for ear and throat pain. They had me do an entire hearing test, which I didn't need. I just thought it was part of the exam. I absolutely would have said no if I knew it was an add on. Then the doctor talked for me for literally maybe 30 seconds, scoped through my nose. Said everything was fine and out of there. The doctors at this office are excellent, and the equipment appears to be up to date…read more Unfortunately, the office management and scheduling process need significant improvement. Patients should not have to come in three separate times just for allergy testing. A more efficient process would be to have the initial consultation with the doctor and complete the skin testing during the same visit, followed by one appointment to review the results. Requiring three visits seems unnecessary and creates extra inconvenience for patients. The front office also appears to be understaffed. During my visit, one receptionist was working incredibly hard, juggling appointment scheduling, checking patients in, and answering questions, while it seemed like there simply wasn't enough support. This isn't a reflection on the staff--they were doing their best--but rather on the office's management and staffing. This practice has great physicians and quality equipment, but the overall patient experience would improve dramatically with stronger office management and additional front desk staff. Better organization and more efficient scheduling would benefit both the employees and the patients.

Dr. Gin is one of the most unique professionals I have ever worked with, and honestly, everyone…read moreneeds a Dr. Gin in their life! It helps to come in with an open mind because he is far more than just a typical doctor. He opened my eyes to completely different ways of thinking about my health, my body, and the healing process as a whole. He does not take the generic surface level approach that so many western doctors seem to rely on. In my experience, he has done more for me in the last 6months than what generic western doctors have done over the past 30 years. The best way I can describe him is that he is like a doctor, a psychologist, psychotherapist and several other professionals all combined into one. He looks at the full picture, asks the right questions, and approaches things in a way that makes you feel like someone is finally paying attention and actually trying to get to the root of the issue instead of just putting a temporary bandaid on it. His office is also a reflection of that experience. It is tranquil, comfortable, and conveniently located right next to the freeway, which makes it easy to get to. I am very glad I was referred to him and I highly recommend him to anyone who feels stuck, dealing with an ongoing issue, cant pinpoint the cause of their symptoms, untreated by typical doctors, or like they need a different level of care and insight. I am definitely a lifetime client

The first 6 months (approx) he gave specific instructions to remove a few things from my diet - which were slowly added back in later. He also recommend some supplements which I took during this time. **important to note** He never pressured me into buying anything from him, all supplements could be found online and in other stores. I did my research and found his to be priced reasonable & comparable to everything else that was out there. Slowly, through weekly check ins, I started feeling better. We then went to monthly appointments only and now just call when needed. It's been a year and a half now and I continue to work with Dr. Gin through NET. He's a gifted practitioner, and while this may feel silly at first, it's worked wonders for my life and even my mental health. I make an appointment whenever I'm feeling stressed and it keeps me well. This is the best I've felt in a while. Thank you Dr. Gin!!!!

We've been with this practice for a couple of years and the last time we were due to run out of serum, we were given a form to sign and authorize insurance to renew. Despite this, they still didn't create new serum setting us back on our schedule- less than ideal when one of your kids is on a biological med to manage his asthma. Today we went to go get our shots and were advised that our serum had expired since our last injection several weeks ago but no one had advised us or had us sign the required authorization form. Even more disappointing is that we've had several conversations within the last month with Dr. Carr as well as office staff regarding our pending relocation and the process for transferring our existing serum to the new practice. Unless you want to add managing your allergy serum expirations to your already busy schedule, I suggest finding another provider until this office management improves
