During the whole process which took seven weeks, we were told seven times that it would be done on a certain date but it never was and they never bothered to call us to tell us that it wasn't done or why. They showed up promptly and were expertly able to load my camper on their flatbed, not an easy task! Most recently, I showed up at 11:45 AM and was told to wait until 1:00 PM because of a noon appointment. While I was filling out my info, another customer with no appointment showed up and got service immediately. I don't understand why I'm being treated this way, but it's clear there's favoritism or poor communication happening. I support local businesses, but fair service matters. I hope management addresses this, because people deserve consistent, respectful treatment--especially in a town like Gunnison

After trying to talk to them multiple times about it, they denied that it was them (even though they were the last people to change her oil) and they would not reimburse her for anything or even seemed to care that they totaled her car. you would think an oil change shop would know how to do an oil change properly, but I guess not.
