I scheduled an appointment for that same day at 5:30 pm. His associate was at my home waiting for me. I was explained in detail what needed to be done, how long it would take and the cost, before he started the job. I have 2 rescue dogs that would not shut up for anything. Great Experience! We needed a walk in closet handle changed from the current one to one that could be locked with a key. Ben was easy to communicate with, my Dad originally contacted him by phone and then we talked via text to set up the appointment and send a pic of the exact current door with the handle so he could give me an estimate of the cost and when he could do the work. He arrived when he said he would, was polite, professional and did the work quickly! If I ever needed a locksmith again, I would definitely contact Ben'z locksmith to do the work. I just moved in to a new home and needed to rekey all the locks in my house. I called him for a quote for 4 deadbolts and 1 handle lock, and his rates were lower than other quotes I received. He was actually able to fit me in the same day and arrived right on time. After looking at my locks he told em that the two deadbolts I installed wouldn't be able to be rekeyed to the locks on my side door and screen since they were different brands. He was totally fine with just rekeying my garage deadbolt. He did a great job and was very nice and accommodating, even offering to come back if the lock was giving me problems. Unfortunately I locked myself out of my house at about 10 at night on a Friday night. It was unfortunate to be locked out of your house so late on a Friday night because most places are closed.
