Ben is honest, professional, timely, has fair pricing, and is a strong communicator. I needed a Schlage keypad entry lock repaired. Most locksmiths are not interested in doing repairs on locks, as they would rather sell and install a new one. Ben told me that he was very familiar with these locks and happy to do the repair. He arrived within a short time and was able to disassemble my lock, show me what the issue was, and fix it. Sunday morning broken front door lock trouble, no problem. Made a short notice call at 930am and the door was fixed by 1130am. Courteous, honest and friendly. Quoted $50 for service call and it was $85 after repairs. The best part was no new keys cut and the lock only needed a couple new pins.
