Conveniently the Manager visited my property without prior announcement and therefore without my presence. I was very disappointed that they didn't take responsibility for their error. Just in the past 2 weeks, I've received FOUR calls asking me if I received my renewal notice in the mail. I JUST received an email (the fifth) asking the same thing.... 20 minutes later the phone rang for the FIFTH time... same thing. I'm just barraged by communications from these people and it's beyond annoying. It got so bad I set up special filters in my email to delete their mail, and I set up special filters on my phone (Thank you Google Voice!) so their phone calls are flagged and go to voice mail. It's ridiculous. And bottom line is, after 7 years they just lost a customer. Not because they don't do a decent job, but because they won't STOP with the endless solicitations.
