Lawnmark Plus Why do they continue to be my lawn servicing…read morecompany. I have used such services for probably 30 years, and I hired this out because I'm not good at it. I'm not even sure you can do it as economically as letting a pro do it and I attempted it for a number of years. Once I choose to go with pros it really came to down to three things results, the way the lawn looks, price and service. My lawn continues to look great and easy to compare as my neighbor continues to self-treat and it is clearly superior in this side-by-side comparison. Price is what moved from my previous company. Now I'm not saying they are the cheapest out there, but they are clearly in a competitive position in the market. I normally get quotes every three years. Service is always tricky because it means different things to different customers. For me my expectations for my lawn care company are to let me know when they are coming, let me know and provide the services to be delivered, let me know my pricing for the upcoming season. What I don't want is the tech knocking on my door at every treatment wanting to upsell on something, this is what drove my pricing issue with my previous company. Lawnmark delivers all these things! Business relationships are like all relationships at times have bumps in the road. It is how these are handled determines if the relationship will continue forward. This was such a year with us. I got my estimate for the upcoming year and was shocked at the increase. I wrote an email and within 2 days I had a reply. It explained how the bill is prepared and the flexibility I had to modify it to fit my current year's needs, done. If you are looking for an easy-to-deal with company who delivers the services, they sell give them a try.

Their…read moreapplication processes are designed to apply the minimal product (at best) and charge top dollar! Complain and they cancel you!....because THEIR RIGHT....not you the customer! In teresting customer service tactic in today's competitive marketplace, but to each his own! I am sure they will have their ad-libbed rebuttable, a customer only comes here to do a review to protect other potential customers! Make a wise decision....move on!

The service? It's OK. No complaints…read more BUT... this company will harass you until cows come home. By email. By phone. By mail. CONSTANTLY. Just in the past 2 weeks, I've received FOUR calls asking me if I received my renewal notice in the mail. I JUST received an email (the fifth) asking the same thing.... 20 minutes later the phone rang for the FIFTH time... same thing. I'm just barraged by communications from these people and it's beyond annoying. It got so bad I set up special filters in my email to delete their mail, and I set up special filters on my phone (Thank you Google Voice!) so their phone calls are flagged and go to voice mail. It's ridiculous. And bottom line is, after 7 years they just lost a customer. Not because they don't do a decent job, but because they won't STOP with the endless solicitations. I feel like I'm a bullseye on every communication platform available! I fully expect some day to find them in my bed..... Edit Remove

If there was a choice for less than 1 star I would have chosen it…read more This company has ruined my lawn and has taken no responsibility. I reached out to them, including photos of the damage. Conveniently the Manager visited my property without prior announcement and therefore without my presence. I was very disappointed that they didn't take responsibility for their error. I wasn't thrilled with my lawn especially considering the cost, but to deny documented damage is unacceptable.
