This wonder friendly lady come up to us, with fantastic knowledge of the luggage we were looking at. The sale we were not aware of at time of arrival. We ended up purchasing the set. Our savings was very significant! After our purchase we found out she's the manager! We will definitely be returning!!! Parking at the mall is plentiful with many stores to browse.

My initial idea was to buy a replacement as I was pretty happy with it so I showed the broken one to the lady in the store. Despite seeing the product an my description of the features I was looking for she had nothing similar to offer. When I started browsing myself I actually found the almost identical item from the same company as mine and on top of that the company advertises a 5 year warranty for their products! The lady in the store was obviously neither aware about the warranty for my broken product nor about the products they sell I the store. Most important to myself is not the buying experience but the experience if something goes wrong and customer service has to prove itself. This was a clear fail... Quality is when the customer comes back, not the product!

When I entered there was a huge swarm of people purchasing items and there were only a few items left, some briefcases, bags and knapsacks, other than that the store was practically empty. JB's is affiliated with Satchel shop out of Vancouver and the shopkeeper informed me that all three JB's in Calgary were closing shop. She wasn't sure if anything would reopen or transpire in other locations, all she knew was these stores were closing. From what I saw JB's used to sell were quality bags from Italy and mostly designer names like Kenneth Cole, Victorinox Swiss, just to give some examples. In the coming days all stock should be sold and moved and she claimed that this store location would be closed before Xmas.

After waiting 25 minutes my grandson went to get one and was told they hadn't come yet. I went with him after another 10 minutes and was told they were in but they were $15. She then scanned the spinner and informed me that the spinner was $20 + GST. This store is a ripoff as they change their prices and don't stand behind their quotes!!!!! I will not be back!!

Funny, it looks and feels like a tourist or convention delegate, but believe me, once you've hooked your car keys onto this, I'm never going to go back.
