This wonder friendly lady come up to us, with fantastic knowledge of the luggage we were looking at. The sale we were not aware of at time of arrival. We ended up purchasing the set. Our savings was very significant! After our purchase we found out she's the manager! We will definitely be returning!!! Parking at the mall is plentiful with many stores to browse.

I had thrown out the receipt but had a bank statement showing the purchase on August 31, 2024 and also I had it on my phone bank app. And rather than replace it or refund me, she feigned to call her manager and instead, she called mall security on me and made racial comments about me and my people! And when I told the two security officers who appeared at the store that I was simply advocating for myself and trying to resolve it like I was trained to as a lawyer, the salesperson then said - you're not a lawyer how can you be a lawyer - you are Black. This person was a person a colour who barely spoke English! I will never shop there again. My initial idea was to buy a replacement as I was pretty happy with it so I showed the broken one to the lady in the store. Despite seeing the product an my description of the features I was looking for she had nothing similar to offer. When I started browsing myself I actually found the almost identical item from the same company as mine and on top of that the company advertises a 5 year warranty for their products! The lady in the store was obviously neither aware about the warranty for my broken product nor about the products they sell I the store. Most important to myself is not the buying experience but the experience if something goes wrong and customer service has to prove itself. This was a clear fail... Quality is when the customer comes back, not the product!

After waiting 25 minutes my grandson went to get one and was told they hadn't come yet. I went with him after another 10 minutes and was told they were in but they were $15. She then scanned the spinner and informed me that the spinner was $20 + GST. This store is a ripoff as they change their prices and don't stand behind their quotes!!!!! I will not be back!!
