That's the spot. Underneath the canopy of trees there sits a long wooden bar. The vibe that day was ideal with the sunlight cutting through the leaves. The manager offered us a $20 gift card and said he hoped we would give them another chance. I asked to use it toward our bill instead, and even that required the server to go check whether it could be done. What bothered me most was the lack of a sincere apology. Everyone seemed embarrassed and eager to move past the situation, but a genuine apology and some accountability would have gone a long way.
