Not only is she extremely competent in all…read moremedical matters, she is a genuine humanitarian whose cheery disposition has been a tremendous antidote to the chronic depression I suffer. What impresses me most is her generosity of spirit. When I was injured recently, and confined to my house, unable to visit her office, she actually took the time to drive to my place, located almost 20 miles outside the city, and she did not charge me for her extra efforts. Moreover, since I was out of work at the time, still awaiting my workers compensation payment, I could not afford to pay for the meds I needed and she merrily floated me a loan to pay for the expensive drug I required. Frankly, I cannot stop singing her praises, she is the best medic I've ever known.

    I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with this practice. Dr Safran has been my dr for over 30…read moreyears. When I ask if she would take my husband as a patient because his dr had moved out of province the answer was NO. So he started seeing another physician within the practice and is happy with the care and attention. We would like to see the same dr... not unusual for a family. Well Safran wouldn't take him on, so I asked to be transferred to his dr. Her answer was NO. Seriously !! Unreasonable response. I am angry with petty in-house politics. What about the patient's best interest instead of squabbling over a nickel.
