For several years previously I'd awake each morning with itchy, red, teary and sticky eyes, not to mention sniffles, sneezing and a runny nose lasting about two hours; the summer was the worst time. I had been using eye drops and over-the-counter allergy medication to help manage the symptoms but was not happy with the result nor the side effects of the medication. I'm very grateful to Dr. Kennedy for diagnosing my allergy affliction accurately and providing an effective treatment solution. Whenever I've had appointments to see Dr. Kennedy I have always been amazed at how full his waiting room and office are with patients needing his help. He is a very compassionate, caring, and professional individual, who loves what he does and gives his patients the best care available. Thank you Dr. Kennedy.

I got my lips done for the first time, and got a bit of botox with one of the doctors there, he was so kind, so fun and chill, he cared a lot about how I felt and my pain level, he gave me a warning every time he was going to 'poke' me with the needles!! Everyone that works there knows exactly what their doing and you can tell they all have such a passion about their jobs!! They all make sure you're very comfortable, and they are all so kind to you. If you have any questions they will answer them, they are so nice about you bringing a friend for support! There consultations are awesome, and they go over everything so thoroughly, they always talk about the things that could or might happen, so far nothing has gone wrong with my lips or my face! Highly recommend this place to anyone that ever wants anything to do with enhancements or facials, as well as making your skin the best it can be. I am so confident now, and I feel like this $$$ big bill was seriously the best choice I've made for the start of my new year!

Had an amazing Doctor here, but he left the experience went down hill. Went for knee pain, he…read morebasically convinced me to NOT ask for an MRI, several months later go in for same problem and he reads from HIS notes that I REFUSED an MRI. Claim ends up thru WCB, after literally months of back and forth trying to get them to simply give the file to WCB I find out that in my file he had written down the wrong knee having issues! Apparently they can't accept email, everything has to be by fax?! They said they never got faxes, never got letters, even after I could confirm that they did. Go get the MRI, I call them a week later to ask if they got it... they tell me no, but the doctor will call me right after they get it... the next day WCB calls they got it on the Friday before and have already had a doctor write a report. I give Excel 3 more days, I call and they lie to me saying they only got the MRI yesterday! Doctor still hasn't called. It's not just a single doctor, it seems they have their front staff lying to clients and very hard to work with. I emailed them asking if they would take a complaint before I posted this.... they haven't bother to respond.

Can't recommend at all…read more I made an appointment to have a back injury examined. I arrived early, yet waited an hour AFTER my scheduled appointment time had passed before my name was called. Then I'm taken back to one of the patients' rooms and have to wait another 30 minutes before the dr. comes in. After explaining my issue and history with back problems, and how I've never had any sort of scan performed to get a deeper understanding of what might be the cause, I'm told to take muscle relaxants, watch physio videos on YouTube, and wait to see what happens. Wow, I should've been a doctor... Even after confirming my name when he walked in, the dr mistakenly pulls up another patient's information on his computer and is glancing at that throughout the visit, mentioning how I've been on another medication previously for pain (which is not correct because he's not looking at my file). All this is realized as I'm walking to the pharmacy afterwards however, as I was ultimately handed a prescription with someone else's name and insurance info on it. So, I've just been told about another patient's personal medical history with pain meds and have the ability to use his name and insurance to get a prescription... By this point the dr had already began assisting another patient, so I'm told by staff to wait AGAIN until he's finished so the prescription can be corrected!! Brilliant. Decided I had enough of my time wasted and walked out. Stunned by the mismanagement and inefficiency of this clinic.

Thought they were setup by my cardiologist to help me recover out of hospital. But they want $400…read moreout of pocket for good life fitness appointments and will only setup times convenient for them, only at same time I need to work. What kind of critical care is that?? They don't bother to take into account other health issues either. Have to run on a treadmill. Kinda tough when waiting on hip surgery too...waste of my time and an obvious front to sell Good Life memberships. Sad cause I need help dealing with my heart attack.

Credit goes totally to one of the staff…read more, its personal goodness and nothing to do with management . staff offered me a lot of moral support so I can dare to go thro the exam successfully and not decline any investigation. cos in the past due to anxiety I had to decline several times . so I recomend you to request and ask for help rather than just getting it not done and leave . prior to this experience I did have bad experience with the staff , where they were very RUDE and denied any help .
