Her BIE treatments have been more effective than allergy shots for our 13-year-old son. They are much less painful and expensive too (with our insurance plan). He was allergic to so many environmental and seasonal stressors, including cats, pollen, mold, trees, and weeds. Bed so much better now and days he can breathe through his nose as soon as he's treated. BIE can also effectively treat more allergens than allergy shots. Mold is a good example. This past year, our son also developed many food intolerances, and Deborah has helped tremendously with those as well. Our son is so happy that he can eat his favorite foods again, including dairy, various meats, pastas, and tomato sauce.

With only two sessions, the heartburn has been eliminated. I knew the heartburn was related to the combination of pain meds and supplements I was taking. I can still take them all but with no heartburn...hard to explain how her technology works, but it does!! As for the digestion and elimination, I have been able to cut way back on the stool softeners and senna, and things are still working. Thank you, Deborah!! :)

It's tough enough leaving work early to get to the Lodi…read moreoffice before 4:30 (only on M,W,F, plus Lodi office closes 30 minutes before Stockton location). But when you get turned away for missing 4:30 by two minutes (as did today, 4/26/23) and they haven't shutdown the immunization station, one would think the staff or manager would honor ones request for a 2 minute exception. However, when you arrive by the skin of teeth and you see some young girl in her early 20's, you just know they're going to turn you away because they're in a hurry to catch-up on their smartphone or go join their friends. When it's an older adult, they're always more rational. Furthermore, when the youger generation is running the office without an on-site manager, you know your stuck with the younger generation's decision concerning their own well-being; not yours. Surprised by such inflexibility, I requested to speak to the off-site Stockton manager and told her turning a patient away over 2 minutes is harsh (especially when other offices have a 10 minute grace period). I told her if they're going to cost me my time off work and gas at 5 bucks a gallon for 2 minutes of their time, then their going to lose the revenue from my weekly/monthly shots (and a repeat patient of 11 years, and onward). She responded with, "I highly doubt that." (WOW!) Nothing like pouring fuel on the fire! I then told her to screw-off. With management like that, it's no wonder the younger girls are unaccommodating toward the older folks. The patient definitely doesn't come first anymore and we're at the mercy of the upcoming generation (yikes). Sure enough, the waiting room was totally empty, well before 5pm, because nobody sticks around for the entire 20 minutes to see if they're going to have a bad reaction. So all the girls still got to leave early for the day... 2 more minutes would've just ruined their day, or cost then 2 minutes on Facebook... Facts: Arrived at 4:32 pm. Call was initiated with the Stockton Manager at 4:35 pm. The call was terminated at 4:44 pm and the girl giving injections had already raced out of the office... for the manager ended up calling the receptionist at 4:44 pm and the receptionist stated, "she's already gone home". (So much for the 20 minutes they're supposed to be on the clock after 4:30, while people potentially wait for reactions (though the patients had already cleared out by 4:44pm; nobody stays and the staff knows they can leave early if they manipulate the system, including sending me on my way. Time to go the other alergist in town or drive to Elk Grove. Maybe Dr. Bensch is unaware of how his staff and manager rule with "an iron fist" and will correct such treatment. At least he makes the patient feel important (but you only see him once a year for 20 minutes). I'll miss the old character, unless they have a turn-over with management!

I am not impressed by this doctor, and am seeking to switch doctor very very soon. In fact, I don't…read morethink Yecies will see me again (after I ask his office to release my medical information to another immunologist in Stockton.) I've had allergies/asthma since I was 5, was seen by many doctors over the years, and went through 4 years of allergy treatments. My fiance, friends, and coaches convinced me to seek a specialist for help again because I started training for a marathon relay 2 months ago, and my daily attack is scaring them to the point where some of them think I will topple over and die very soon. (I find my asthma attacks manageable, but I'm used to it. Gasping for air does not scare me. At least air is flowing through still.) Dr. Yecies basically dismissed any likelihood of me having asthma at all. I believe he thought I was bsing him and wanted to believe I was a very sick person. He acknowledged I have a lot of allergies (which was less than half of what I had before), only because it was backed by test results. I would imagine without the test results Yecies would tell me I don't even have allergies. I don't think he has the right attitude for a doctor who's supposed to be helping patients. He did not listen, and doubted virtually every word I said, dismissed everything I told him about my previous diagnosis and treatments, and told me I'm fine the way I am and I should just go home. I have the option of going through allergy treatments but it's optional. He obviously did not think it's a big deal even though I specifically told him my attacks are EVERY DAY, every time I exercise, without fail, and my Pro-Air inhaler did not make any difference. At the end I had to pretty much beg him for another inhaler and his expression lead me to believe he did not believe me when I told him my current Pro-Air is not working. I was very much disheartened by this experience and will seek doctors with more professional attitudes. I am giving him three stars because even though he did not believe a word I said, based on my 20 years of experience with asthma and allergies, I know his suggested treatment courses are correct. (It's similar to what other doctors had me go through before.) He did not address some issues I wanted addressed (not asthma related, I can deal with not being able to breath an hour or two a day), and the topics I wanted addressed were dismissed every time I mentioned them. If there are better options out there I will not go back to him. If there aren't better options out there then maybe my fiance will just have to suck it up and believe me when I say I won't die.

I hardly ever write a review, but I was so upset by the treatment my son and I received by Dr…read more Yecies that I had to warn other patients. This man is very rude and does not provide the type of care a good doctor would. I brought my 5 year old son to Dr. Yecies to be seen for allergies. My son is young and I have taught him to respect his elders so my son tried to shake his hand and introduce himself, but Dr. Yecies raised his voice and completely dismissed him. When my son was going to get the scratch test on his back and arms to determine what he is allergic to; Dr. Yecies sarcastically stated, "Now your going to have fun." Anyone who has had this test know it's painful especially for a child. Also as a healthcare provider he should have informed me of what the procedure entailes, but he didn't tell me anything. If you ask him questions he acts like you are challenging him. He really does dismiss your concerns and he treats you like you are and an uneducated nobody and he acts like a king. I felt that he had no respect for women because he stood over me to speak to me and when I asked him some questions he raised his voice with me. I am a registered nurse and I always research medications and procedures that my children may have to go through, but I'm not a Dr. so that is why I ask my doctors questions. I maybe educated and knowledgeable but I don't act like I know everything. I asked this doctor about what is in the allergy shots and instead of answering me he asked me "What do they put in measles shots?". I was so angry with him; I have requested to be transferred to Dr. Greg Bensch (he is in the same office) who I have heard is wonderful with children and explains everything in detail. The office personel have told me that Dr. Yecies has to approve the transfer, so I may have to just take my child to another office. Every doctor should provide services with care and compassion otherwise what is the point of being a doctor. Don't go to this doctor!!!!!
