Essentially, it was a disaster and every homeowner's nightmare. We had to replace the entire sewer line and reroute it around the detached garage in our backyard. We had a big ask when it came to redoing our upstairs plumbing that comes through the kitchen ceiling plus moving the gas line for the range and they blew me away with with their delivery; absolutely exceeded our expectations! Both Eric and Gabe came the first day and then Gabe came back for two more days, and they are incredible at what they do! This company is the real deal: plumbers who know what they're doing and absolutely take pride in their work, have 100% professionalism and are just great and very friendly people! I've already recommended Pristine to neighbors and friends and we definitely plan to have them back for another job as well!

SEVERE CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING AFTER WORK FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE…read moreYOUR LIFE. Louis performed a heater inspection and cleared the heater for use. We then proceeded to get carbon monoxide poisoning the first night in the home (confusion, nausea, headaches, chest pain, severe drowsiness). Gas Emergency crew from Excel inspected the heater, placed a hazard tag on it, and told us the carbon monoxide were at lethal levels and shut off our gas. When we contacted Louis to fix his mistake, he was extremely rude, raised his voice at us, and told us he would "try" to come fix the issue when he had a chance (mind you we had no heat in the middle of winter). When he arrived, 20 hours after we called him, he reportedly "fixed it". As we did not trust him, we had Excel come check the heater again. They placed a yellow tag on it, stating that we could have a potentially lethal leak at any moment and that the workmanship was the worst they had ever seen. Louis is a dangerous person to allow to enter your home or business. His workmanship puts people's lives at risk and greatly damaged our own health.

I called another company for an estimate, and when they came in and diagnosed the problem they said I needed a water pressure relief valve and a thermal expansion tank. They quoted me a ridiculous price and I sent them on their merry way. I called a friend of mine and asked if he had any recommendations and he referred to Louis at One Stop Plumbing and Drains. I gave him a call and I must say that's one of the best decisions I've ever made when it comes to a plumber. Louis showed up and went through the process of diagnosing the problem and came up with the same as the previous plumber. He quoted me a very reasonable price and I authorized the work. He installed the thermal relief tank and water pressure relief valve in less than two hours and there was not one drip of water anywhere. He also realized that my water heater cold line was connected to the hot water side on the tank. He unconnected it and moved it to the correct side and turned the water heater around and did it at no cost. He was very professional and pleasant in conversation even though we both had masks on. Any plumbing needs I may have in the future, he's my guy and I would recommend One Stop Plumbing and Drains to anyone who has any plumbing issues. Sincere regards, Joe Dural

It looked like he pulled a little kitten size ball of hair out of the drain. Thank God for someone like Brian to clear up the drain. All in we were $110. Reasonable. The fact that he called back, worked around my schedule, and did the job he said gives Brian 5 stars. Please note this company does not have a master plumber meaning they unclog drains, but don't do pipe replacement or other plumbing.
