The repair was fairly complex because it was an intermittent starting problem. These can become very frustrating but the people at the shop including the owner just stuck with it and ultimately discovered the problem and made the repair. I think the time to repair was reasonable and the price I paid for the services was more than fair. Something that I did not expect was when I went to pick it up the machine look like it was brand new, they took the time to completely clean it and gave it back to me in pristine condition, it's the little things like this that make you feel like a valued customer. I have over 45 years of experience in customer service and sales in the automotive business so I know what good service looks like and this is one of the best I've seen.

I purchased a $36000 machine a month ago on June 30, 2026. I have been told on multiple occasions that certificate of origin is on its way, and I still have yet to receive it. A couple of weeks I can totally understand in is normal process, but a month is unacceptable. I cannot pay the sales tax I owe the state of PA or legally register the machine as required in PA until I have that nor can the bank acquire the title without this. So, I have a machine that i have owned for a month, paid a payment on as well as an insurance payment, and I can only legally drive it in my yard. Due to this I am completely dissatisfied with this experience.

The place is owned by the little guy out back and the taller lady at the front. The female owner is VERY knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She will patiently listen to what you need and spend whatever time necessary looking up your parts and be sure to give you all your options, regardless if a $10 item or a $100 item. She is no pressure, and honest about any experiences they have had if you ask for her opinion. The husband is ok, you can tell he is busy, but he tries to listen and help you, and often refers you to his wife at the front counter for help. It is my understanding that he used to run the service dept at K&K Kawasaki in Vestal many years ago. When they first opened and I was looking for an inspection, he gave me crap about my taller than stock handlebars and even measured the height to the seat and told me I was over by a couple inches. Having had the handlebars on for over 15 years, I was about to tell him what I thought and leave, but he seemed to look past it, and kept looking the bike over, so I gave him a chance to prove he wasnt a dick. Glad I did. I had a problem with my horn and he let me fix it and kept on with the inspection. He passed it, but did look everything over. I have purchased tires, throttle cables, fuel additive, some gloves, etc... from them when stopping in. I recently called around for new tires again and their prices were as good as the best price I found online! They have been at their location now since probably 2007 or 2008 and I expect with their good part prices and the amount of service they do, they will be there for a long time to come. A welcome addition to Vestal. Stop by and give them a chance for your motorcycle and ATV needs. I am glad I did.
