Great friendly service from a family run business! Wouldn't go anywhere else when you're in the market for a camper!

Our friends rented from this place a few weeks ago & had such a bad experience with the camper having so many issues but we gave them a chance anyways because we have owed campers and know that sometimes things happen. The reviews were good & the RV itself looked nice from the photos... we were very naïve. We got to the rental place & no one there even knew what camper we were there to pick up I had to show them my reservation on the RVeazy app. The gentlemen then brought us over to the camper and did not initiate any inspection which is required when renting on Rveazy so I went ahead and did it myself. There was a very significant amount of physical damage to in exterior and interior of the camper but all in all it looked decent enough and we wanted to get back on the road. By the time we got to where we were going, set up & started the generator & propane we noticed quickly that the fridge and freezer were not getting cool whatsoever. We gave it over 2 hours and then I contacted Wendy to let her know that it was not working and we also realized that the camper door did not latch shut either. She told me nothing she could do until the morning when her mechanic could call us back. We therefore went from 5pm to 11am with nowhere to store our perishable goods. When her mechanic called us the next day he requested photos and videos of what was not working that we provided immediately to him & to Wendy. We kept as much as we could on ice in the coolers we brought it in but that could only do so much in 80 degree weather. So now we were out $100 worth of good, could not get the camper door to shut or stayed closed and when we thought things could not get more frustrating my daughter went to go sit at the kitchen area only to have her leg stabbed by a nail sticking out of the wood behind the kitchenette. After we saw what happened we looked at the wood to see DOZENS on nails and staples poking out and we were furious at this point. My husband went to check the generator and propane tank to just to realize that we had already gone through almost the entire propane tank in less than 20 hours which is absurd. We took it off and immediately could smell that it was leaking so we contacted the company again and they gave us the run around how the tank they gave us wasn't full because they just added it to our reservation for free which was false because there is an added $25 for propane on our rental agreement. We had to not only drive 40 in away from our camp site now to get food for us and our daughter but also to have to purchase a new propane tank. All all in this was a nightmare and the only thing that made it worse was Wendy the owner gaslighting me the entire time and basically saying we don't know how to use a camper and we should have kept our food in the cooler inside out car so it didn't go bad. Keep in mind, I made her aware of our food spoiling on Friday around 8pm, only 4 hours into our rental and she waited until Sunday when I requested money back for the propane she charged us for that was leaking, the propane we had to go out and buy and for some of our food that went to waste due to her fridge & freezer not working and her response to me was atrocious. She DEMANDED I send her photos of our food in trash bags that we had to throw out, and to send proof to her of the injury to my daughters leg. She also said "well from the photos and videos you sent on Saturday of the fridge not working and blinking there was not much food in the fridge to begin with.".... YEAH BECAUSE IT ALL WENT BAD AND WAS IN THE GARBAGE! She is a diabolic and dishonest person to say the least & I am writing this obnoxiously long review to WARN ANYONE thinking of renting from this company or from Wendy on RVeazy in Walden NY to stay away and please save yourself a huge headache and a lot of money.

Matt weighs about 300 lb I weigh about 125 lb I honestly thought he was going to hit me! He ran literally right behind to the point where he was inches from running into me! He chased me out to my truck screaming at me through my passenger window that was open and I had my two small pups with me and they were literally shaking! He would not get off / out of my window so I could leave! I told him if he did not get off of my vehicle I was going to call the police this man has no business being in business!!! MATT likes to sell cheap material but he doesn't want to stand behind it and just so everyone knows he gave me five different excuses AS to why he could not take back a brand new seal I had the receipt... he said he couldn't return it because he was not the owner when I purchased it which is a lie he said he couldn't return it because my receipt showed that it was purchased by two different vendors and I said to him like I'm the one who wrote up the receipt then he said he couldn't return it because I didn't have the box so I told them it came in a grocery store box that I did throw out because it was 10 times the size of the two seals! couldn't return it because the vendor wouldn't take it back without a box? I told him I could run to a grocery store and grab a box because that's exactly how I received it.. Very Disturbing behavior for a refund! I spent close to $300 and because of his behavior I'm going to file a lawsuit in small claims to receive my money back I wasn't even trying to get a refund on the seal that broke I can't even imagine what his behavior would have been like if I had which would have been j Had been justified..The return was only for an unused item! I'm posting some pictures of the seal so you can see how thin it is I had a piece of cardboard off of a notepad it is maybe double of that thickness, which is very thin probably like 4 pieces of paper put together and he charged me $5 a foot! Now that I have been to other RV distributors that has seen what I bought from him they said I got ripped off and that's why he was throwing a hissy fit he did not want to give me back my money because he probably made $250 on a $300 purchase, from what I was told shame on him!

I was sold an ancillary insurance policy for over 3k on my 63k investment, a Grand Design 5th wheel. Upon our1st trip, the lights would not turn off over my sons bed. We had to tape solo cups over them so he could sleep. I immediately called Wilkins and advised and was told to cut wires...then they came back and advised not to cut wires and told me how to cut power by dropping light and disconnecting. When I was sold insurance, I was told someone would come to my location. THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN. I canceled insurance and requested refund..after many, many calls I did get money back around 2 months later. Same trip I brushed against pole coming out of gas station and got an estimate to be fixed from Wilkins. They do repair work in winter months I was told. They did not include slide topper on initial claim and stated a supplement would be put in. Never happened. Calls do not get returned at all. After voicing my displeasure I was talked down to very rudely by service and the GM. The phone call ended with the GM saying " Go fix your own damn camper" and disconnected. I should have known better as my mother purchased a camper there as well. On a trip, my step father noticed the tire was losing air and brought to local shop. This was a brand new camper...the tire was leaking from a plug that was used to repair before being sold... unreal. Stay far away.
