After having them work on it for THREE different occasions, it still wasn't fixed, and they charged me $987 dollars for repair parts and labor, that never solved the problem. On my fourth trip back to find out what exactly was going on, John Bogart, the manager, said to me, "Well leave it here again and we'll see what we can do." NO! NO! NO! I then took it to Susquehanna Auto Repair and had it repaired for $78 dollars. The light has never come on since. MONSER BROTHERS is the epitome of a RIPOFF!

They called back two weeks later and said it will be two days of work. They gave me a rental car, which was nice. After FOUR days (not including the weekend), I return and they complain that the gas tank wasn't full. They also wrote a lot of things they said were wrong with my car. Some of it is true, which I'll take care of. Others, no way. They said I have lights out and my steering wheel acts strange, which I haven't seen at all. I had to cancel appointments with other mechanics because of Rapp Subaru's promises they failed to keep. I'm running on a tight schedule, so it matters if I have to cancel other appointments to fix up my car. I will never do business here again.

I don't feel like I got "Ripped off" they actually pinpointed the Problems and told me the things that needed to be done, and how to do it and how much it would cost to do it. They were very gracious with us being Late. And they were just super nice in General. We won't make it a habit, but I did get out of work a little later than expected. And they were Very Patient with My Husband and I. I made my next appointment with them and it was an Honor doing so. In fact, I will be coming here for all my Automotive needs. Also I would just like to Point out that that is the CHEAPEST I HAD ever had my tires put on!! And the Fastest!! One time I sat for a little over 2 hours at Mr. Tire. And 1.5 hours at Monser. I dropped my Car off at 9am and we received a call back saying the work was all done at 10:00am!! Phenomenal!! I also like that the first thing they did was take it down the road and test drive it. Every time I brought it to my other places I NEVER seen them test drive it, even after the fact. I feel like I was made a Priority there and they treated me and my Car with Respect. And it was Fitting To Us Financially! Thanks Matt Auto!!
