The building is tucked behind a garage where the school busses are parked. No sign. Two guys were outside, so I showed one the bracket. "Yeah, I can drill them". Threw the brackets in the truck. Wanted to write my name and number on a sheet of paper in the truck. Like I say, the web site makes you think your dealing with a high class outfit, so wouldn't you have a work order sheet? So out of curiosity, I ask what it's going to cost to enlarge the three holes. "Well it will be $85. That's right, $85 to drill three holes that were really already half drilled. He said he has to charge me a minimum of an hour. My wife's been an R.N for forty years and doesn't make close to $85/hr. Life and death versus drilling three holes? Doesn't add up to me. I took the brackets home after stopping and buying a $20 drill bit made to drill SS. Took me about 20 minutes. All the guy said on my way out was good luck. I'm not really sure if the guy even worked there. So "good luck" to those who chose to use this place
