He was able to address the AC unit upstairs, but he did not come downstairs to check to make sure my apartment was okay or that there were no additional issues, even though water was leaking into my apartment. Since Monday, I have been coming home around 6:30-7:00 PM every evening to water coming from the utility closet and dripping from the ceiling. Each time I called, Steve or Davonta have been the ones showing up, explaining what is happening, and making sure I understood the situation. You may want to consider one of them for the Maintenance Supervisor position because they have demonstrated good communication, responsiveness, and concern for the residents.

I asked him about the broken bricks before finalizing everything and he stated that they will replace any damaged brick if it's only a handful of them. He then denied everything what I asked him before and claimed he didn't say that at all. Then at the end of the phone conversations, the nerve of him to even told me If that 34 bricks is that important to you, I will bring it to you when he gets a chance! I was beyond upset and not happy with him after that conversation and I told him, yes! It is very it's very important or else I won't be calling him regarding this issues. Despite of asking him all my main concerns about broken bricks, returns and etc policy before finalizing my order. i also asked the two lady at the front office where I paid for it same questions I asked Michael and Loretta told me yes, they will replace any broken bricks. I can understand if damaged was our fault but it wasn't . The bricks was already damaged the day it was delivered. That's why I took all the pictures and videos I needed for the first delivery, then same with the 2nd delivery the next day! Total of 34 bricks was damaged! Then I went to the main office where I paid in full for my order and told Loretta about it because I didn't want to deal with the asshole Michael And I wasn't happy at all with him. if I know a head of time that this company dont value customer, I would rather take my business somewhere else who treats me with respect! beware of ABC Bricks in Little Rock! When we brought it to the local office's attention in Fayetteville, AR, we were given the run around for THREE weeks. When they were finally able to get a hold of corporate in Little Rock, we were told they would only take the product back if we paid $700 out of pocket as a re-stocking fee.... After looking at flooring at this Little Rock store a couple of other times, as well as other…read morevendors, and on-line, we finally decided to purchase luxury vinyl plank from LL Flooring to replace existing laminate that had been in our house for over 20 years. We were having all the flooring replaced (a little over 1600 sq. ft.), except for rooms that had tile, and the staircase to be redone with oak treads we had already purchased. The sales staff were very helpful and friendly, and answered all my many questions with patience! The men who helped us seemed very knowledgeable about flooring. We had the flooring installed by a sub-contractor they recommended and work with frequently, and we pre-paid the originally calculated installation fee to LL Flooring. The installation crew who was assigned to our job were meticulous in their work, worked very efficiently, and obviously had the installation expertise that was needed! They were also friendly and we trusted them to be in our house. When they were removing the existing flooring, we encountered an issue that had not been anticipated! There was a lot of dangerous rot in the subfloor of one room on the lower level, extending into a small hallway. We needed to have the whole sub-floor replaced! I didn't want it patched in! It was obviously an additional cost for us in lumber, and the additional labor was a bit more than we expected, but it was done expertly and is again solid!! We are pleased with the final outcome of the whole project, and very glad that we chose to go with this company and their sub-contractor!

We came in here just for service, we were looking to fill/patch/hide/put under a rug a hole in our…read morefloors from some unplanned home renovations, and one of our first stops was Lumber Liquidators. The thing is, we have a gap in our hardwood. We'd hoped to patch it with the same kind of wood, or something similar enough that it wouldn't stand out *too* much if we filled in the gap. The problem? We didn't know what kind of wood it was. D'oh. Here, this Lumber Liquidators was awesome. We came in, asked about their "scrap" wood (because we only needed two square feet, tops) and to see if they could identify the wood from a loose piece. They immediately recognized what kind it was, and were very informative about their scrap flooring. In the end, they didn't have what we needed. But they were quick, polite, and efficient in answering all of our questions and hearing what we wanted/needed. They told us about their products and services, answered our questions, and let us check out the inventory a bit. No hard sell, not even a second's hesitation - they were great. I will be back when we need to re-floor something larger, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone looking at flooring!

It cost a little more than Home Depot, but affordable and quality. Alexis, my rep, went the extra mile to find samples I liked. Then, when my contractor couldn't get the shower niches right, I called Alexis who told me step by step how to make them turn out perfectly.
