They called today saying I missed the appointment so I will need to go find another doctor. They didn't call prior to remind me of the upcoming visit. When I called to challenge the professionalism of how they treated me I got the same voice on the phone as the one telling me to go find another doctor. She said that was not said. when I asked if they wanted to hear the recording she got belligerent. Then just said go find another doctor. If this is how he runs his office I can image how he treats his patients. I want nothing to do with someone who runs an office as unprofessional as this. He is part of Lakeland Regional Hospital.
