Dr. Cassidy is amazing. We had noticed a change in my mom and saw 4 different doctors who all just…read moresaid it was normal brain aging and depression. They piled on the meds and she wasn't our mom anymore. That's when I reached out to Dr. Cassidy and he turned her completely around and now we have our mom back, even if it is only for some time. He gave me important information on how to keep her safe and where to go for further help. We got her into USF Memory Institute at his suggestion and they are great too. My mom always says she is glad we didn't give up on her because she was lost. She says "Dr. Cassidy is an amazing, caring, and thoughtful doctor." She loves her visits with him. I highly recommend Dr. Cassidy.

I have been going to Dr. Lippmann since Feb 2022. He had recently opened his office here and I…read morereached out in desperation. I had been trying to navigate BP1 and the comorbidities I have since I was 19. I was tired of being prescribed random medications to "try out" by other psychiatrists that never really seemed to care about taking time to understand what would be best for my symptoms. I never stuck with a psychiatrist longer than 3 months due to my lack of trust. I can't recommend Dr. Lippmann enough. He has helped me so much to find what medications are best for me and removing unnecessary medications. He's helped me understand more of my diagnoses and answers any of my questions. He has helped me get to the longest stable period I've ever had. After becoming stable, he has been able to witness my husband and I get engaged after 6 years, get married a year later, and many other moments in my life that have happened because of his guidance. I, my husband, my family, my friends, and my coworkers have all noticed such a difference and are so appreciative of all that he's done to better my life. I finally feel like I have better control and understanding of my diagnoses.

They called today saying I missed the appointment so I will need to go find another doctor. They didn't call prior to remind me of the upcoming visit. When I called to challenge the professionalism of how they treated me I got the same voice on the phone as the one telling me to go find another doctor. She said that was not said. when I asked if they wanted to hear the recording she got belligerent. Then just said go find another doctor. If this is how he runs his office I can image how he treats his patients. I want nothing to do with someone who runs an office as unprofessional as this. He is part of Lakeland Regional Hospital. Stay Away.

Like I said before, absolutely do not waste your money. Please see a quality doctor deserving of that title.

Need immediate contact to discuss these wrongful charges and need contact immediately to dispute this and need clarification that my issue is resolved. I am very unsure about how this is even normal behavior and allowable, considering it is a medical industry and field and the conduct is very ironic had one appointment after two time wasting useless "intake" appointments. Guess they either did not want to tell me they don't take my insurance after I asked or just decided to want to charge me thousands for literal no help. The person I spoke with was very rude did not help me did not accomplish anything and was very demeaning. Extremely discouraging. Then was charged over 1000. I have really no idea. Not really sure why I'm even paying a dime when I actually suffered from coming into contact with this company.
