Bc per my insurance and the EOB WHAT WAS SUBMITTED WAS PAID FOR AND MY PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY WAS ONLG $25 per visit which is what I paid! So what scam are they running and they are in network! Then I have called them for the last 4 days after I told them this and the heavy accent lady tells me oh well u owe that and I will have to have some one else call u to tell u! And yet I'm still waiting after I've been Calling the last 4 days. Because atp there is nothing to tell me be it's in black and what they u have been paid your contracted rate and that's that!
